FEMA California Fault Line BREAK DRILLS 😱 "CAPSTONE EXERCISES"💥SERIES: PART 3 of 3

Part 3 of 3: In this grand finale of the series we will discuss FEMA Capstone Drills, and the drill that is secretly taking place in California

In Part 1 of this series we talked about Operation Torch California land grabs. In Part 2 we reviewed Operation Erupt Yellowstone and Operation Break Shasta Dam (as well as Erupt Mount Shasta), all of which are phenomenal ways to relocate tens-of-thousands of citizens at a time for Agenda 2050. And this is the big kahuna of the series, the FEMA Capstone Drills...

Before we can discuss the current FEMA Fault Line Break Exercise, let me explain what a FEMA Capstone is. A Capstone is a full town exercise. Literally, everyone within the designated area of the exercise plays a role; from churches to police to small businesses, the government, NGOs, select homeowners, even the media. Actors are brought in to fill roles, fictitious companies are created to fill gaps, if need be. It is all filmed and actors are interviewed by the media, just like the real deal. It is roleplay on a scale that is unimaginable to you and I, and, the locations, times and dates are secretive. The event details are only known by FEMA, DHS, FBI, ATF and the actors who partake in it:

There is a wealth of suspicion that certain things we see in the media are products of these exercises. Basically, these drills blur the line between reality and acting. It has become nearly impossible to tell what was a filmed exercise and what actually occurred in real life because, for unknown reasons, the drill footage has ended up appearing on the news, numerous times as a live event. This exact issue happened in California during the “LAX Shooting”:

When this happens, you have to wonder how much of what the news is showing is real? Is any of it real? Was there actually a shooting? Or was the whole thing a drill? If it’s completely real, then how is old drill footage airing as “LIVE, BREAKING NEWS”? As someone who has worked with productions, I can absolutely assure you that it is not possible to accidentally air pre-recorded, old footage when mistakenly thinking you are live broadcasting. No way in hell. Additionally, you have to wonder if these drills are being conducted in preparation for the planned event.

Despite what the media tries to tell you, Capstones are real and you can view many of them on FEMA.gov (although the details are intentionally vague). Now let’s discuss the 2022-2024, Capstone, National Level Exercise (NLE) for the “CSZ Fault Line”. The stated purpose of this exercise is, “respond to and recover from a large rupture along the Cascadia Subduction Zone (CSZ) fault line that runs along the Pacific coastal states…

…The scenario included subsequent tsunamis, aftershocks and a spill of national significance caused by the initial disaster”. …Wow, that’s a pretty batshit crazy chain of events, eh?

They wrote this blurb about the event that reads more like a manuscript for an upcoming Marvel movie than a government exercise:

FEMA’s site states, “Through this series of targeted events, NLE 2022 engaged federal, state, local, tribal nations and organizations, as well as the private sector and NGOs to enhance our nation’s preparedness.” (image from FEMA.gov:)

… soooooo, they invited everyone except the people who live there to participate? Maybe 39 million California citizen invites got lost in the mail? Well, maybe not because those citizens, as well as all of us plebs across the nation were kept completely in the dark on this. Smack my ass and call me crazy, but if nothing diabolical is being plotted here, wouldn’t it make the most sense to welcome volunteer participation from the general public? I mean, the stated National Level Exercise goal is to know what to do if the fault line breaks, wouldn’t you be able to run much more precise drills with ten thousand eager-to-help citizens that want protection? How are Tribes, “Local Organizations” and NGOs better to prepare with then the actual folks who live there? I guess only God and Bill Gates know the answer to this.

I Google Searched news about this exercise, and got results for everything except what I was searching for. I’m shocked that a search result for making Banana Fosters didn’t appear along with this nonsense:

Did you notice the last search result in the image above is, “The Earthquake That Will Devastate the Pacific Northwest” and it’s about the fault zone? Did you just get chills too, or is it just my body reacting to the thought of Chris Christie in a brief-style swimsuit?

In the summary report of this Exercise on FEMA.gov, they mention a partnership between “public and private sectors”. That peaked my interest. I wanted to know who these partners are. Who are the entities that are deemed worthy enough to help plan prepare for the Fault Line Break? I was able to locate the website for these partnerships, and on their site this event is called, “Setting the Stage for Cascadia Rising 22”, which so totally sounds like a Batman movie.

I am not able to go deep within the site because it’s highly protected. Not only do you need an account, but you have to submit an application and be approved before you are granted an account. Why do you suppose there is such secrecy regarding these National Level drills and the “partners” who are supposed to be helping us when disaster strikes? *blank stare*

The other thing we know from this website is that there are “stakeholders” that, they claim, can utilize the website AFTER a major disaster:

Does this mean companies like Blackrock who swoop in and buy up all the damaged properties? Does that mean companies like The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation who are always eager to assist by donating vaccines and GMO crop seeds? Who knows, it’s all secret, kept behind lock, key and a thick metal chain just like the back of a 1990’s white rape van (which totally reminds me of my post about Fernald elementary School! If you haven’t read that, you absolutely must).

PRIOR FEMA CAPSTONE EXERCISES

Capstone events run biannually, which is why the date of each exercise is every other year; 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022. FEMA.gov does not show the exercises before 2014.

Let’s look at the other Capstones:

2014 FEMA CAPSTONE, “ALASKA SHEILD”: The exercise was, quote, “a terrible earthquake with significant damage causes from both the quake and a tsunami that it triggered. This chaos affected the greater Pacific Northwest.” Then, in real life, on July 16, 2023 a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Alaska and triggered a Tsunami warning. Do you also find it interesting that, prior to this Capstone drill, Alaska earthquakes occurred very seldom; 1965, 1975, 1986, 2002, 2014 (the year of the drill), THEN, after the drill: 2016, 2018, another in 2018, 2020, another in 2020, 2021, 2023… so, there were four earthquakes in the 37 years prior to the exercise, then, after the exercise there were 7 in 7 years!?!? I’m not very good at maths, but this seems like an increase, IMO. Also, if you haven’t read Part 2 of this series; Operation Erupt Yellowstone and Project Break Shasta Dam (and Erupt Mount Shasta too), you will see that Erupt Yellowstone began in 2012, which is only two years prior to this Capstone. Around the exact same time as the exercise, Shasta, California, where the Mount Shasta Volcano is located, began having frequent earthquakes too. That sure is a whole lotta coincidences all involving earthquake terror…all matching the Capstone…

2016 FEMA CAPSTONE, “TERRORIST ACTS”: All information relating to this Capstone has been scrubbed harder a Holiday Inn maid on cocaine with a new sponge and a dirty bathtub. All we know is that, according to FEMAs short writeup, it was a “series of five events” that involved international and domestic terrorism… which is hella interesting, and I will explain why in just a second.

Regarding the information I am about to show you, I’m not saying any of this is related, but you don’t have to be a Conspiracy Theorist to say “wow, that’s odd”. Ok, so as mentioned, this Capstone exercise was five terror attacks that would occur both in the USA and abroad.

Domestically, in 2016, the same year as the Capstone, there was a huge terror attack called The Pulse Night Club Shooting followed by the biggest mass shooting in US history, the 2017 Las Vegas Route 91 Massacre. Lots of oddities in both.

Internationally, the same year as the 2016 Capstone, Brussels was bombed in a history-making terror attack and India was in complete panic from a chain of new, never-before-seen major terrorist attacks. I can't count because, public school, but it sure seems like that is five total international and domestic Terror events within the same 24 month period as the Terror Capstone.

2018 FEMA EXERCISE, HURRICANE: In 2018 they stopped using the term CAPSTONE and instead began calling them Exercises. This one was “a major Mid-Atlantic hurricane”. Very little info is available regarding this exercise (CAPSTONE!).

2020 FEMA EXERCISE, CYBER TERROR ATTACKS: “Widespread cyberattacks led to significant impacts on critical infrastructure and community lifelines”. Which is interesting, because this is also what NASA said in 2011, would happen to us in 2025, during the same presentation where they talked about positioning us.

And 2022 was the FAULT LINE DRILL. Keep in mind, the Capstone / Exercise runs two years.

Since we won’t learn what the new exercise is until 2024, all we can do is guess. Based on current headlines, it might have something to do with Climate Change, Aliens or both. Perhaps the Aliens are causing the Climate Change with their gas-guzzling ships. Or maybe, in a twist of fate, the aliens will save us from the Climate Change by giving us vaccines. Or maybe, on election day, the aliens will shut down the power grid to stop Climate Change but also bring vaccines to save us. Maybe when they arrive in our neighborhoods they will be in mini spaceships that say Sponsored by Pfizer. Or maybe we will discover our entire lives have been one Capstone after another. Who knows?
