Boom! Thanks for the mention, Agent. This is what I have been waiting for. How did you find out that HPLC was the industry standard?

Since I can't find a single 'isolation' discovery paper (with methods) on any alleged vitamin, I have to wonder what 'extraction' method these biochemist lab voodoo quacksters were doing in the early 1900s when they were doling out the Nobel Prizes for miracle nutrient discoveries.

So let me see if I have this straight... you take a food, pulverize it, toss in the chemicals, heat it, cool it, toss in more chemicals again, run it through a special miracle filter that judiciously allows assumed tiny particles through (and keeps the bad ones out), bake it, take the baked goodies and dilute and add more chemicals, put it in a special machine that assigns color codes (which is a way of telling you what you think might have?) and bam, this final product is the miracle nutrient found in the food. Yeah, seems like a lot of question begging here. Wouldn't you have to assume what you were looking for already existed in order for this method to "work"?

The similarities with fraudulent "virus" cell culture experiments are glaring. I have to assume there are also no controls. If there were, I'll bet you could find (artificially create) the same "vitamin" from any food chosen, or a piece of tree bark, or a sample of dried chicken shit- keep chemical recipe the same. Imagine if people new that chicken shit was teeming with the full complex of B vitamins? So what we have here are newly created products, not something found somewhere in nature. Now you can assign it a chemical coding, give it a name, patent it, manufacture it, bottle it, and sell it. Slap a sexy label on it and you have yourself some miracle pills.

I discovered the standard by watching hundreds of yawn-worthy videos and multi-hour presentations created by those trying to sell their vitamin isolation machines. There isn't enough whiskey in the world to make me want to do that again. Check out the sources section at the bottom of this document.

Expand full comment

Agent, the first few videos are showing "not available" (at least for me). The last couple I suffered through. I am very sorry that you have been tortured in such a way. At least the Asian one had some soothing music to set the mood.

I circled back trying to type in guys like Casmir Funk and all his biochem buddies given the bow tie booby prize for discovering vitamins. I added in "isolation". If there is a foundational paper (with methods), by god, I can't get to it- or it just doesn't exist. Best I can tell is that "fractional distillation" is mentioned... which is just separating different liquids by different boiling points. Not sure how that would find a nano-sized molecule or "amine".

Now if you want to find the foundational paper for a given "virus", it isn't hard to do. You can easily locate and read through Enders' foundational Measles paper (that all subsequent Measles papers reference) and sift through all the cell culture pseudoscience. Why the hell is vitamin discovery completely scoured? Every article is "johnny biochemist from 1921 was famous, won the Nobel, and "isolated" Vitamin (insert letter here)" and it is just as if we are supposed to say "wow, that's fantastic, pass the Centrum". Where is the published study? Saying pigeons got sick when eating polished rice vs. unpolished is not DIRECT evidence. Actual evidence for positive claim is apparently not required for Vitamiracles. This is peculiar to me. For such a discovery, that shit should be plastered everywhere for all to see. I've found that science and secrets don't mix well...

As far as I am concerned, you put the final nail in the vitamin coffin, brother. Drop a cherry and an orange slice in your whiskey tonight.

The more you step back and look at the whole thing, the stupider it becomes. I think I'm going to make my desktop Screensaver the photo of the vitamins in the cup to remind myself daily of how gullible I once was. All I can do now is laugh at the idiocy of the whole thing. This carrot lost it's vitamins. This dog got Beriberi. This baby won't be healthy unless it's mom swallows 2 fish oil pills per day. Low on iron? Just eat a Twinkie.

Your reference to fish oil pills reminded me of an article and links to meta-analysis of studies regarding Omega 3 fat supplementation, which prompted me to stop taking the very expensive DHA and EPA supplements my doctor recommended. https://www.jayfeldmanwellness.com/omega-3s-are-not-the-healthy-fats/ It was hard to convince my wife to stop taking them, because she loves our doctor, and because we had spent way too much money on them. Turns out "science" has known for a long time that those oils are very unstable even at room temperature, let alone in the 98 degree human body, and cause health issues. Now, of course, just like vitamins, it is only reasonable that I don't just take the words of the scientists and look into how the various oils are identified and defined.

For some strange reason, women worship doctors. Science is bullshit. However, my experience working in a water chemistry lab for a chemical engineer, biologist, and a metallurgist leads me to conclude; Chemistry, Biology and Metallurgy are real science. The science of virology and food science is obviously fraudulent bullshit.

Type into Google "vitamin quantification" then select videos. The heavens will part and you will begin to find what you are looking for.

I 100% agree this should be page 1 search result with its own wiki and encyclopedia entry. "Vitamiracles" - You better rush and trademark this before Pfizer steals it. Their new marketing campaign will be "VitaMen take vitamiracles". Buncha vitamorons.

Thank you! Completely different search results. I prefer reading over watching most of the time. This review corroborates that (HP) liquid chromatography as the 'industry standard'.... although the techno-babblers have some shiny new lab toys to play with. At first blush, it appears that every technique begins with the common denominator of 'sample preparation'. So, if you want to "isolate" something and/or create an end product that you can "quantify", the first thing you do is add chemicals (ethanol-chloroform–acetonitrile–toluene–ammonia) to it. It makes perfect sense only if you don't think about it for a minute.

Here is a published review of the various employed techniques just in case anyone wants to read about it or if you need something in the file cabinet for future reference. I imagine you could get a visit from some lab geeks trying to 'educate' you on technology at some point.

Hi Melissa, I don't have my own substack (mostly just drop comments). Although I have had some requests to create one. I couldn’t agree more with your final paragraphs, it must be said and thank you for saying it so well. It’s a long journey back to good eating for a lot of folks, but it is doable and worth it. Gardening and cooking are my greatest pleasures now and we produce most of our own food. It is a lot of work, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. And we’ll never stop learning, that is a reward in itself, the learning ‘curve’ is never-ending! I grew up eating processed junk like everyone else, now we do all our own processing and the taste is so far superior we’ll never go back.

Thanks for the awesome feedback. I too have changed my diet completely and I can no longer eat processed foods because they now taste horrible. One thing I have realized, other than the Food Pyramid being a scam, is that we don't need an elaborate dinner with all different food groups. I'll eat a big bowl of broccoli on Monday, beans and brown rice on Tuesday, a plate of tomatoes with basil and oil on weds then, if my body tells me "it's time for meat" my dinner is a plate of steak, maybe a baked potato to go with it. We don't need all these side dishes and grains to be healthy. In under a year of changing my diet I am in the best shape of my adult life. I feel 20 years younger and haven't touched a gym because Substack gets my free time.

Glad to hear your better health was so quickly realized! Definitely true that once the body regains natural tastes, listening to the body’s preferences leads to good choices. Damn Agent131, just when I thought your substack articles couldnt get any better, they DO!! I've kept up with your vitamin articles since Part 1 and what you've found out is truly sobering. I've been a semi-user of various vitamins for many, many years. I've been careful as far as I knew to use only authentic products (no synthetics) but from what you've found, ALL the supplements are synthetic in a sense. I'll be more discriminating from now on and will do much more research before I buy anything. Recently purchased a bottle of TRULY NATURAL VITAMIN C by Heatlh Force Super Foods and it was very, expensive $35 (for Vit C) but I thought I'd try it out. After reading what your investigation has uncovered, I'll spend more for the REAL product if I use any at all. I'm very much like you with " a multi-foot wall shelf loaded to the brim with thousands of dollars in supplements". I do have to say some of my vitamins have helped me over the years, especially B-vitamins.....I first learned about the USEFULNESS of high doses of some B's from the research done by Dr Abram Hoffer for the treatment of schizophrenia (bipolar in today's vernacular)....not that I felt I was schizophrenic but if his research showed the ability to remedy severe mental illness, maybe I'd try them. I did find that B-complex DID elevate my morale and mood and I've kept on them semi-regularly for years. I found them useful to my productivity along with certain herbs like Gotu Kola and Cayenne Pepper. Both of these herbs when used carefully and respectfully have been a boon to my natural metabolism and helped me to function much better than I would have without them. Of course I've moderated what I eat too!

That said, I was appalled to find out from your research HOW various vitamins were manufactured. Currently I use once or twice a week some nasty tasting stuff called Brewers Yeast to get a dose of

"natural" B when I think I need them. Over the years I can tell when I need the stuff.

That's Brewers Yeast NOT Torula Yeast.

I've learned to take the BY in the morning and flavor it with some cinnamon extract or other ingredients because it really is quite awful...(Dogs and Cats LOVE the stuff, if that tells you anything!!)

Your article was a real eye-opener for me and I will have to SPEND much more, to get AUTHENTIC ingredients (NOT made thru benzene or acetate extractions etc). I make my own Vit C drinks from real oranges, lemons etc. Its an EFFORT but after reading what you've revealed, I can see its worth it.

Expand full comment

Cheers, brother! I'm so glad you have found my research useful and thank you for sticking with me!

I'm starting to think these "vitamins" are way deeper than feeding us poison and waste. As you pointed out, and many people do, they can make us feel good, just like a drug, because they are drugs. I am now believing these thing "flip switches" in our brains to make us feel certain ways, just how vicodin flips switches to make us not feel pain, yet the pain is still there. I need a little time off from researching this topic but when I loop back around to it, that is my next investigation. I recently discovered some vitamins cross the blood-brain barrier - that's as far as I have gotten.

Expand full comment

Yes, this is an interesting subtopic. I would add that there may be some kind of placebo effect as well. The power of suggestion in the human mind is very potent. I once heard tale of doctors who would tell their patients they were going to perform a life saving surgery on them and then faked the surgery, and the patients 'recovered' in short order. Not sure of the veracity of those claims, but placebo has plenty of other evidence to support it. If we BELIEVE we are taking something that will make us feel better, it (a miracle pill) may just do that.

Of course, as with any drug, a "vitamin" may just suppress some symptoms. Those symptom expressions may have been your body trying to heal so the interference could feel good in the short term, or create more long term, kick the can down the road problems. Or you trade in one set of symptoms for a new set that is the effect of the synthetics....and of course you'd have to consider the possibility of some kind of bodily dependence that manifests from the attempts to 'trick' your metabolic program.

"Mind over matter" is one of the topics I am most interested in right now. Let's go back to "The Rabies Hoax" (https://chemtrails.substack.com/p/the-rabies-scam-shocking-corruption) - for all of history (since the discovery of "Rabies") the cure was holding a rusty penny or, in Germany, Dr's would prescribe a warm bath to "suck out the rabies", and it worked. Our minds are dangerously powerful things.

I once read a paper that talked about a secret study. In the study, unknowing people would wake up feeling fine. As they went about their morning, three different people would say something along the lines of "Are you ill? You don't look too good!". By noon they would become physically sick. Mind over matter.

Fast forward to the Big Pharma empire of viruses. Think of "Covid" and how the propaganda was everywhere you looked. "Stay home, STAY SAFE" (if you go out, it's gonna gettcha). Kroger grocery store was playing "Six feet distancing" audio clips on loop over the PA system making shopping dystopian hell. Every radio station, tv channel, even physical mail, was Covid virus fear porn. All of these promoted "signs you might have covid": these "signs" get people to ask themselves over and over "Do I have a fever? Do I have a cough? Do I feel tired? Now that I think about it, my stomach does hurt a little..." - a massive PSYOP to put so much worry into the mind that the mind begins believing it may be ill, thus causing the body to begin trying to eject the nonexistent poison by creating phlegm, raising its temperature (fever), ejecting the nonexistent poison through vomit... boom, you caught Covid! Shoulda wore that mask!

I truly wonder how much of these virus negative health effects and vitamin positive health effects are nothing more than psychological. If you fear the virus it will get you. If the vitamiracle is your lifeline to health, you will feel good... and when the side effects slowly creep in, disguised as medical conditions, it's time for pharmaceuticals and more vitamins. Mind over matter.

Expand full comment

And they are still saying "stay safe". I ask my loved ones to not tell me that and remind them that they are just repeating what they heard on television. I quit watching television 16 years ago.

You may wish to consider wearing ear plugs when you go shopping, especially in Home Depot. You'll want to avoid the silent sound technology. You don't hear it, but your brain does.

Mind over matter goes along way. I say that frequently, especially when encouraging people to take positive action or responsibility for their own health and well-being.

Out of the park AGAIN!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Since starting this series I’ve thrown out over $500 worth of “high end” vitamins. Not regretting it at all.

Absolutely no processed foods. We belong to a CSA and I put up a couple of gallons of sauerkraut every fall that sees us through the winter.

Started making my own dog and cat food because I KNOW-that all the processed stuff has vitamin D in it.

If I won’t eat it I sure as hell ain’t feeding it to my animals.

I’ve been wondering since the beginning of this series how the hell “they” figured out what vitamins were, and how they ever isolated them. You have pretty much proven it’s the same playbook as the vaccine shit. Thank you for spending the time to give all of us PRICELESS information. It’s not just the information, it’s the playbook!

Thank you, my friend. How have you been feeling since quitting / cutting back? Sometimes you'll feel horrible for a little bit while your body detoxes, then you should feel amazing. I cured a leg cramp that was so bad I needed a leg brace for the pain. Tried all the gimmicky massagers and crap. Learned cramping is a common symptom from vitamins, specifically, mixing them, which is exactly what I was doing (remember, interactions between "vitamins" have never been studies, so who knows WTF they do). I took a no less than 5 different products each morning. My cramp vanished in a couple weeks. To this day, never came back. I kept the leg brace, when I see it, it reminds me that I am lucky to have started looking into this. I would have thrown away my ability to enjoy life due to consuming pills for my "health".

Did I ever mention I discovered vitamins in my fish food?! Fish food, FFS! I then realized what I was feeding my fish was not "food". I began learning about what fish eat when they don't have man to poison them. I now feed live bloodworms and fresh flash frozen only foods. I can't get over putting vities in fish food. A fish is completely different from man and dog. How the hell did we determine a fish needs more B-6? We didn't. It's a mass poisoning.

But when you accept it's a lie you then think to yourself "they have lied to us about everything else, so why would this be the one truth? Out of all things, why would health in a bottle be the single thing they have chosen to be honest with us about?"

I have done 0 research into yeast, but my opinion as of now: if you're using it to cook, it's looks fine. I don't think anyone needs to buy little pills of this stuff and eat it every day expecting some health benefit.

When reading the label of the product, the vitamin content is fraud, but there's no "as", so that's huge. I do not believe this company is part of the vitamin scam, I believe they are following labeling laws, which require vitamin "isolation" testing bullsh*t. I have come to realize that sometimes we have to accept that a product is as good as it is going to get and it is what it is. This yeast SEEMS like it is as good as it is going to get. "for any "test" to be accurate, it best be made against the real "thing". so.....first look in to the papers where they are claiming to have "isolated" any "vitamin". It's the same cluster-screw of nonsense that you'll see in "virus" papers.

Chemistry is simply absurd in their cause/effect claims. IE, the results they're getting are "real" and useful, but their underlying stories are...just that. stories.

The can't show you a "vitamin" any more than they can show you a "nucleotide", etc.

They simply CLAIM that their little chemistry test is "isolating" these magical fairy tale things that are, in the end, simply effects being conjured in the processes themselves.

Do those tests find something that is likely CORRELATING with something "real" in the body? Maybe. But no one can validate that or tell you what those tests "mean".

Now, this may be different when it comes to "fingerprinting" certain compounds that are man-made, so as to "ID" them in samples, etc. That's just trial and error with tests and then determining sensitivity/specificity. which is fine, but not always 100% "accurate". But it still doesn't mean the STORIES they're telling are true. IE, they claim these tests are finding "molecules", for example. Well, no. Because no one has ever seen a "molecule" of anything. They're finding "Substances", so we think.

If you look in to this "vitamin" crap it's the same as "amino acid" nonsense.

No one can show any single "amino acid" or any "amino acids" in any "chain" making up a "peptide". This is all cartoon nonsense.

They literally just took certain "things", added chemicals, boiled them, dehydrated them, yada yada...got a precipitate they didn't know anything about, and CLAIMED "we have isolated a new amino acid".

Ummm..no, fellas. You just did crap to crap and got a result and are now making up a story. That's it. No molecules. No fancy cartoons needed. You are simply engaging in tinkering and technology and then making up grand stories about the secrets of the nano-world that you can in no way validate.

It's mind boggling people can't just read these foundational papers and see for themselves the absurdities being claimed."

This is so awesome! The only other 2 Dr's to ever share my content or even consider it are Dr Yeadon and McCullough. If we can get a couple Dr's with big followings to start speaking out on this, that would be massive. It will literally change lives if we can get pregnant mothers not to take this stuff. We know vitamin A is in the class of chemicals that accounts for 5% of all birth defects, but what is the total percentage when we combine birth defects from all of the vitamiracles? And what is the percentage when these potions are mixed together? How f*cking evil.

Agent, Dr. Grant has been through the entire 'no virus' circuit... the likes of Stone (who I found you through), Cowan, Kaufman, Alec Zeck, etc... speaking to the nonsense of Virology. He probably wont promote much, but if you asked him, he'd chime in for sure. I am passing your articles around my network as much as possible while adding my own 2 cents. The virus thing still holds center stage, but this is definitely the other head of that snake...as you have pointed out. I do have some access to these guys and will keep pressing the issue, because it is the exact same issue as virology with a different face on it. The head investigator in the FB group (who apparently can find just about anything) did a little digging for me. She said all the foundational papers for vitamin discovery are mostly in French and German...Lab babble in those languages must be something to behold.

She did find this, which I find interesting and corroborative...like I stated before, there are probably no controls. Make believers never use them.

"Stephanie AJ

Peter Mitchell- no such thing, ie: asparagine was the first one. They took asparagus, let it hydrolyse in water, basically become a mushy sort of substance and then took the white substance at the top and let it dry or they call it crystallise. Then they mix that with a bunch of bases and acids to see what "properties" this might have. They called the crystals asparagine aka aminoacid and same was done for others. Others were also boiled in the process etc. As mentioned some are in French in annales of chimie... old chemistry journals. And all experiments I found are not controlled nor do they wonder if its not the process they apply that produces that. I also found the CO2 first discovery by mistake. All to do with "stale" air from rotten stuff especially..."

Thanks agent, more great well-documented research. When I read your first vitamin article, I was a little put off (but open minded). Then I thought, since everything else they try to give us, like vaxxes, is toxic sludge, why not these pharma products?

You are obviously more than busy, but an expose on "bugs" that they are tooling up factories to produce (and have some already). I'm sure it is more toxic waste but would love to know more.

👉Somewhere Albert Pike famous Free Mason said something like, "we will poison the masses drop by drop and they will never know it". Vits/supps fits perfectly with this thinking.

👉Now, I can understand vits are fraud, the problem with explaining this to others will be, "don't you believe in vitamin C?" So I wonder, is it 100% fraud or are there some true vitamins/supps that can be isolated but the scammers just fabricated many more?

→ Even the fake virus narrative has some associated truths: there are small vesicles that have biologic material in them, bits of round cell debris, tiny non-viral microorganisms, illnesses without clear cause, etc. A good scam would integrate falsehoods on top of some associated truths. I suspect that is going on with vits/supps.

PM, the problem again begins with "isolation". The first step (from what I can tell) in all of the modern 'quantification' techniques is to add a gauntlet of chemicals to the sample. And if you try to locate the foundational discovery paper for which the current "quantified" compound must be matched to as a point of reference, good luck. And by the time they are done adulterating the sample, it can't be something that resembles anything found in the food stuffs. It's a newly created product. That's my take anyway... but what the hell do I know?

So the truth is that there must be some beneficial nutrient content in an orange (insert any other real/whole food here). I guess the evidence would be thousands of years of trial and error eating experiments...

The falsehood is that you can pin the benefits to a single tiny entity after a technological/chemical raping of the whole orange.

2 guys, Bob and the Biochemist, are sitting around eating an orange. Bob says "man, eating these oranges really makes me feel good, my tribe is living long and healthy lives eating these..." The Biochemist says, "yeah, we should smash it and give it a chemical bath because I'm sure there is a little molecule in there that's doing all the good work. We need to take it out of there and give it a name." Bob - "What the hell is wrong with you? Why would you do that? Just eat the orange, man." Biochemist - "Because I can. I'm bigger than Mother Nature. And I can take that Vitamiracle, patent it, bottle it, and sell it. Who needs a real orange if I can make it in a lab?"

Expand full comment

This outlines my objections to all big p-harma products. Synthesising the supposed active molecules found in nature and assuming that a lab created copy will function equally well is incredibly stupid and dangerous.

Great sentiments, Tony! I am in alignment with all that.

My father was a farmer, as was his father. He got out before the thugs started buying farmland for pennies on the dollar to grow their disgusting, harmful GMO mono-crops which I see everywhere across the Plains states and the Midwest. It's so sad that farmers took the bait and opted for desk jobs or early retirement because they couldn't hold on to their dignity under the constant pressure and duress.

Also, growing up on a ranch in rural Wisconsin was a fabulous life!

Agent, this article is phenomenal and WOW what an ending - it was both convicting and inspiring. And so incredibly written.

Also I laughed out loud at isolating a Moscow Mule for ourselves ha ha!!

I so agree with your comment here that basically said once you realize it's all a lie you have to think "Ok why the heck WOULDN'T they lie about this?" Of course they would.....

I was just saying to my friend that I've recently come to understand (as the focus gets clearer and clearer) that there are layers and layers to the evil deceptions. There's the main lie, which most people believe......but then for those of us who won't fall for the main lie, then there are secondary, third and fourth deceptions etc. Basically at every turn there is another deception so we must be on high alert and *always* on guard. Just like you indicate, while patting ourselves on the back for not falling for the "big" lie, we may just be caught in the trap of one of the side lies.

I thought I had made it to the point where nothing would surprise me anymore, but learning about what vitamins really are definitely HAS surprised me!! But I sure believe it and it makes a lot of sense, and I don't know who could deny it with your thorough research and proof. (well besides the doctor who lied about you🤦🏻‍♀️)

Thank you for telling me the truth of this and increasing my health and also saving me a lot of money.

My next question for myself is do I keep seeing my naturopathic doctor once a year who is heavy on vitamin and supplement recommendations.... He's extremely awake about a ton of stuff so I kind of want to send him your articles but on the other hand, how would he even move forward with his practice??

Anyway, THANK YOU!!!

I say share it anyway. This is how you will measure if you want to keep a relationship with him. If he really want to be fully awake, he'll keep an open mind. Otherwise you'll know he is still half asleep. Ultimately, outside of emergency/trauma incidents, we all need to become our own healers and take the health responsibilities back for ourselves. There is nothing that guy knows, that you can't learn for yourself... in fact, he may have to 'unlearn' some of it.

Thanks for the nudge Farmer Pete!!

That's a good point and I could also present it to him as "I'd really like to know your thoughts on this...."

It's perplexing because there are things he's fixed for me, like I had acne for a long time and the only thing that would long-term keep it away for a number of years was artificial hormones which I never wanted to be on but felt "desperate" to not have acne on half my face. When I finally knew I must stop the hormones, I went to this naturopath and he said "Oh a lot of people with acne have a deficiency in Vitamin A and zinc" - he gave me a very high dose of them and within 3-4 months that acne that I fought for like 27 years was completely gone. Then he weaned me off that pill as fast as possible and it never returned. He said he doesn't want anyone on something they don't need. (a very good philosophy that I appreciated)

So I have some personal experience that showed me that sometimes there really is a deficiency and it can be fixed.

After reading this, I still wondered about the 'naturally' made vitamins but last night I looked at the "designs for health" brand Vitamin C I have in my cabinet and that also says "as ascorbic acid and acerola"! It appears the acerola may be ok (from a cherry?) but definitely not the ascorbic acid, so even the so-called 'pure brands' are questionable. And of course, the issue of whether it could ever be truly isolated in the first place is huge, and the Agent showed us the answer to that question.

I agree with him that the health is in our foods that God gave us. And you make a great point that we all need to learn and take back our health responsibilities for our ourselves.

Can I ask you a question?

I have a friend who just found out she has some bad skin cancers and is going to have scans soon to make sure it hasn't spread.

I previously had in my back pocket as cancer solutions a few things:

extreme fasting, ivermectin, fenbendazole and hot sauna treatments. Now ivermectin is gone after what I just recently read from our Agent. Fenbendazole is likely completely compromised too I'd imagine, but don't know for sure because I don't even know what it really is.

Do you have any suggestions or ideas from all you know?

All pharmaceuticals are garbage and may be thrown into the trash can. Aside from damaged metabolic pathways from poisoning of quackcines, primary causes of disease are 1. Radiation (EMF's, X-rays, Chemotherapy), and 2. Environmental Toxins (in the air, food, water, plastic, paper receipts, bleached paper, paint, etc.). Secondary causes of disease are 1. Nutritionally deficient diet, 2. Sedentary lifestyle. 3. Chronic dehydration.

The solution to health is to cut down on radiation by avoiding doctors/hospitals and reducing home/work radiation exposure. Avoid toxins as much as possible by becoming aware of sources. Then nutrify your soil naturally if you grow your own food, exercise and move around (lymphatic system has no pump), and locate a pure clean water source. www.findaspring.com

You can spice up your water with 1/2 a shot of fermented organic apple juice, 1/2 a shot of organic culinary ginger juice (without citric/ascorbic acid) and 1/2 shot of quality real maple syrup. This drink helps my body hydrate and it's quite refreshing too.

I am increasingly looking at more and more foods with huge suspicion. I trust almost no packaged foods now, even at the organic store. I feel myself moving toward all fresh food but I’m not there quite yet.

Especially with learning how a lot of product lines have aborted baby cells in them (senomyx/HEK-293), I am reviled by seeing those brands and question all the other popular brands too. (and even other less popular brands - I don’t know if any can be trusted.) When my friend told me about this, it cured me from drinking soda instantly. I knew it was really bad for me but still hadn’t broken it completely… but now that’s over thankfully.

Thanks again very much and have a great week! :)

Underwhelmed, it's difficult to answer your question. To begin with, I don't know anything about your friend (age, history, environment, diet/lifestyle, etc...). What I typically do- if someone asks lil ole me- is present a "this is what I would do" scenario- and I ain't no MFing doctor....LOL. Other than that, any advice should be deemed a "non-medical" line of thinking- so just a quick opine here:

1) "Cancer" is another allopath dis-ease label (and an industry). There are no specific diseases, so I would say, "I have some specific symptoms (or a specific condition)" (assuming she ever did), and then I would ask if they are problematic to the point where I feel the need to do anything about it. That's because I view symptoms as the body's attempt to achieve a homeostasis that has somehow been thrown off...not an immediate "there is something wrong with me". Do I need to interfere at all?

2) Once you get a "cancer" label, you are inclined to wear it, permanently. This alone can cause a demise (psychologically) in overall health. You also become a valuable commodity in a factory that processes humans through a cancer machine....

3) Questions to ask: Why did I get tested? And, is the test bullshit? It is my understanding that cancer tests are about as big of a scam as there is going in the allopath game. It's a way to dragnet people into the factory and churn out dollars. I would go back and re-examine the diagnosis and the tests used to do so. I don't know the particular standard for 'skin cancer' testing, but first thing I'd do is go back and pick that thing apart piece by piece to see if there is any actual science to validate it. Usually there isn't.

4) It would surprise most to learn that most "cancers" come and go on their own, often without even being noticed. Depending on how big the 'problem' is, it might even be best to just leave it alone while taking a personal lifestyle/diet/toxic exposure inventory.

5) I would erase the chalkboard. Go back to the beginning. Drop the label. It is also my understanding of "cancer" that essentially you have a bodily cleansing system that may be jammed up or overburdened. The usual pathways of trash/toxin elimination are not enough to handle the garbage dumping. The body may gather little bags of trash in places (for good reason), or they might do things like try and push out of your largest organ (skin). "Cancer" is a survival mechanism of the body. Not a "disease".

Of your list, the fasting and sauna sound like excellent choices. I would not put more poison in, if poison needs to come out. A guided and well-researched detoxification protocol can clear up just about any issue the body is trying to tell you about. You just need to 'get out of its way' and give it the support it needs. I'm just giving you a mindset to approach the situation with.

Oh, and don't hide from the sun.

Farmer Pete!! Thank you for this thoughtful and detailed response and for all of your thoughts on this. I'm going to save this to refer back to. I loved all you said.

Your #4 reminds me of an article by Dr. Mercola from a couple years ago that made a very lasting impression on me. (a guest article I believe) It was about how mammograms are very possibly causing cancer and how biopsies are likely spreading cancer within someone by shoving something into a mass and thereby releasing it. It proposed that there are many women who've gotten needless mastectomies as well.

(Side note - at this juncture, I can't say I fully trust Dr. Mercola either. Since I've realized we're dealing with LAYERS to the deceptions, I even went back and looked at the "Disinformation Dozen" that was loudly criticized because now I think what they push those like us to is also probably compromised, and I don't know who of that list we can even trust now either. I believe so many public truther figures are bigtime gatekeepers and give a lot of truth, yet they fiercely protect the very heart of the truth. And maybe that makes them the worst deceivers of all. With that said, I feel like there is a lot of truth to that Mercola article on breast cancer.)

I forgot to mention one other idea on my list, which at first glance seems completely disgusting, but I feel there is really something to it - and that's urotherapy. Our urine makes antibodies to everything going on within us, and it makes those antibodies quickly; in fact, so fast that it's a known thing that if you're bit by a snake and can't get to medical care to receive anti-venom, you drink your urine and put some on the site of the bite and you'll survive it. It takes a strong person to be able to try it without having just been bitten by a snake, but it is supposed to be able to correct most anything within our bodies except structural issues. And it's free and always available! I'm sure that just makes Big Pharma overjoyed for us to have a solution that we don't need to pay for! :)

Also, I agree with you on the sun!

My issue right now is that since I read Agent's sun simulator article I have serious questions about the sun in the sky. I actually look straight at the sun. I started about 7 years ago and was doing it initially to try and improve my eyesight. There was something so beautiful about looking straight at it, and as a Christian it made me feel very connected to God, knowing He gave us that sun to sustain life for everything on earth, and it's a representation of Him really, and of the life He gives all of us.

I hadn't sun-gazed for quite a while and recently got back to it a little, and this didn't really come to the forefront of my mind until I read the Agent's article and a friend who also read that (and she sun gazes as well) mentioned to me that she thought recently that the sun was different.......and I realized that I also was feeling confused recently about the sun. I always had that very connected feeling to God, and it had a special look to me, like a moving ball of light.....but I thought to myself a couple months ago that it seemed different, and I wondered if I was remembering wrong how it used to be, yet I knew I was remembering correctly. (Also I did look at it on the day of the supposed eclipse and felt it looked very off to me.)

So IF that isn't the real sun

and is artificial, it begs the question of what is the point of looking at it now?🤦🏻‍♀️

The forensic photo analysis picture in that sun simulator article floored me. And I would really like to know exactly when they changed out the sun, and if it's always the fake one now.

It's all so diabolical.

I so appreciate your thoughts and your humor, Farmer Pete!! And for the record, I think your thoughts are WAY more edifying than a degreed $#%# doctor. 😂😂

Thanks, UW.

I agree about Mercola. He was a starter kit for me about 15 years ago but I outgrew him even before finding out he was a limited hang out. I have certainly lost all trust for him, despite as you say, he does share some little shreds of truth as necessary for his role in the game...

I have not studied urotherapy so I really don't discuss it. I must be honest, I'm skeptical of the veracity of the claims you made about "antibodies" and the snake venom tale. However, I have an open mind.

Regarding the sun, I work outside every day. For me, I have an intuitive feeling when the light in the sky feels good on me. I can also sense when it feels the opposite... like when the skies have been sprayed and it is just "yucky". The air quality sucks, the light rays don't feel healthy, it isn't enjoyable, and you can sense it from your eyes, to your skin, to your lungs... (looking around for my anti-aircraft missile launcher) However, when those beautiful and clean blue sky days appear, you just know you are getting your "vitamins"...LOL

After I lost my mom to the chemotherapy industry 23 years ago, I read bunches of this book.... maybe you can share it with your friend for a different perspective on so-called cancer...

https://www.amazon.com/Cancer-Not-Disease-Survival-Mechanism/dp/097679442X

"Cancer is not an attempt on your life; to the contrary, cancer is trying to save it. Unless we change our perception of what cancer really is, it will continue to threaten the life of nearly one out of every two people. This book opens a door for those who wish to turn feelings of victimhood into empowerment and self-mastery, and disease into health." ~ Andreas Moritz

Thanks for this Farmer Pete!! :) And for the book recommendation! (and that great quote)

I'm very sorry to hear about your mom. My dad died 20 years ago and he had chemotherapy also and I remember seeing a deep hole in his back and not believing my eyes. I didn't know it could make a hole like that in someone.😫😤

Thanks for your thoughts about the sun and air and I love that you have an intuition about it with all your time outside.

With the urotherapy, I have looked into it and wish I could research it more, but I have a feeling they make it hard to find much on it because I do think there's something to it. I asked my naturopathic doctor about it and he said he's never done it but there's definitely no harm to it. I'm almost certain he confirmed what I had already heard about it in regards to using it when you get a snake bite. He also told me that he knows someone who was doing research for a cancer cure and that his work was shut down for a while. Then they started allowing this man to work on it again. And he said to me "Do you know where the antibodies he was working with are found? In the urine."

I've always felt, since hearing about it, that we should at least keep it in the back of our minds in case we have a medical issue and are one day refused medical care for not complying. (I feel that day coming.)

Thanks for your Mercola thoughts as well. The more I look, the more I see, the fewer and fewer I trust....

And ha ha I think even the Agent would approve of the "vitamins" you refer to from the sunlight!! :)

Thanks for this great chat! I'll keep answering so whenever you get sick of talking to me, you can just stop.😂
