After reading all of your vitamin articles and looking up the info for myself and finding the same roadblocks you did, I am literally phobic about what I put in my mouth lately. It is near impossible to find food that is not adulterated with chemicals (both those called "vitamins" and other chemicals). It's depressing. My elderly mother has been taking mass quantities of vitamins since the 1980s and this past year has experienced an accelerated decline in both physical and mental health that no doctor seems to be able to explain. This is a woman who hasn't eaten sugar since the 90s and eats lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats, but like I said, she has consumed tons of vitamins over the years and probably more so as she got older and felt like she needed additional "supplementation." I'm beginning to think that maybe all the "vitamins" are the culprit. But I don't think any medical doctor will treat this seriously and she would not believe them if they did because she doesn't trust doctors (can't blame her there though). This system is diabolical evil.

Thank you for your depth of research, utterly mind blowing! I take a lot of magnesium capsules, Wondering what’s in them? Seems doctors were really concerned about peoples vitamin D level. Now we know why.

Interesting work. According to Wikipedia (I know...)"Cholecalciferol, also known as vitamin D3 or colecalciferol, is a type of vitamin D that is produced by the skin when exposed to UVB light;" so if our bodies produce the rat poison chemical anyway would a small amount of the sythetic one be ok? But it's off putting at the very least for sure.
