Just remember that nonGMO still has pesticides on it. It just isn’t genetically modified. I buy nothing but organic unless I know the farmers selling the produce, but organic is allowed to be tainted now due to the Organipeel product. Its supposed to be labeled like Apeel they are putting on conventional crops. According to people who have seen it in stores, the fruit rots with this coating. It does not preserve it like they say it will do. Plus its a Gates formulation so we know its toxic. I used to have a lot of acid reflux and stomach issues. Since I’ve eaten organic for over 20 years and no longer eat any meats with hormones or antibiotics I no longer have problems. I’ve been blessed to to find some great farmers who will never inject their livestock with the deadly vaccines, and the farmers are using heirloom seeds. I also grow many of my own vegetables in the summer.
Yes, thanks. I don’t have that much access or money to do farmers markets , I keep trying. I started asking the people at Whole Foods about it and they gave canned answers about the coating and the labeling . It’s being forced on us.

Many of my issues have improved since I found an integrative medicine doctor. I can actually leave the house. I’m 57 & when I was 45, I had to wear adult diapers to go grocery shopping. The insurance dictated doctors just didn’t care and gaslit me for almost 30 years as everything got worse. I’m very grateful for the improvements.
You are welcome. I don’t trust Wholefoods. It’s owned by Amazon. Do you have an Earthfare near you or even other health food grocers who care about their products? Earthfare works hard to eliminate anything toxic and immediately addressed the Apeel/Organipeel issue. Their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can relate to your leaky gut. I was never diagnosed with it, but I was likely very close to having it. I ended up getting candida in my gut and it was causing me severe migraines. My chiropractor, who also practices other holistic medicine, diagnosed me in under 10 minutes. Once I cleared my system of the candida I’ve done great as long as I eat the clean foods I mentioned. I have found farmers markets can be more expensive then if you can find farmers selling their produce.

I shop at Aldi’s. They have a good organic section. We are in Ohio. Yes, only buy local garlic. I can’t believe the stores who bring in garlic from China……run!
My treatment for biotoxin mold illness is all out of pocket and we’re spread thin. I’m very thankful my husband of 3 years is so supportive. I am gluten free as well. ( his health improved since we’ve been married)
I understand. Is this something that can be healed or is it something that needs a lifelong treatment? That’s great your husband is supportive. It makes a big difference in your healing journey. A lot of people who have gone gluten free did so because the conventional grains are now harvested with glyphosate. So it can never be removed from the product. I believe that is why so many people have celiac disease.
