The people who distributed the Anthrax were the same folks that manufactured the anthrax vaccine. Bruce was a scapegoat. Just like the fraud of 9/11. The only technology that existed that could actually cause the type of devastation that took place on 9/11 was in the possession of the US government. But within 6 weeks of 9/11- the USA Patriot Act was passed (174 pages no doubt written in advance) that took away the guaranteed rights of the citizens and set the stage for justifying invasions on foreign soil.
