Quick question : in what post did you talk about insomnia (if you remember)?

I'm asking because a commenter on another substack said they've been experiencing weird insomnia and I referred them to your substack but could not remember the post where you mentioned that. Be good to provide a link on that other substack (Covid and Coffee) so more people can come over to your substack.

Very interesting - thanks. On another topic, You may be interested in this podcast. The original recording of Dr. Day is out there - but this breakdown is pretty good. Dr. Richard Day was a pediatrician, was affiliated with Rockefeller Inst. Mt Sinai and others - This was notes written down by a person attending a secret meeting he held explaining what the world plan was - given in 1969.

"The original recording of Dr. Day is out there"

I would lovvveeee to know where that is. He told people not to record his talk so I doubted it existed. Do you know how to find it? I would love to have a copy.

Loving the supplement posts. My kids and I have been taking Green Pasture cod liver oil for the past year or so and it's recommended by the Weston A. Price Foundation to be highly beneficial, but I have to question it. Question everything, of course. This oil is said to be cold pressed and "naturally" extracted and not pasteurized so no synthetic vitamins are added back in. I'll have to do some digging. https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/cod-liver-oil/cod-liver-oil-basics-and-recommendations/#gsc.tab=0

I started taking a lot of pill supplements during the covid uproar, including D, but stopped after I came across a couple of people online who told me they had been hospitalized with very serious conditions after taking fairly high dose synthetic D pills for a couple years and sent me links to information about Vitamin D toxicity. I stopped taking all supplements then and went to food-based sources. (I.e. One can of sardines provides a lot of Vitamin D and is cheap. A couple of Brazil nuts per day provides enough selenium.)

Awesome work.

Thank you!

I never thought about consuming lard.

Use olive oil on salads , etc., but for cooking I have been using Ghee because of the high heat index .

Now I have to check the Nutritional Yeast I take :-) So much to learn!

Hello Anri!

I passed your “baton” of wonderful information

on Omega3 /6 with all the links to Agent131771. He said he will place it in his reference section. Have not seen it so far. Maybe he thinks its too much right now to let people know they have been duped on the Omega 3/6 myth!

Beautiful Day!

Your work will help many!

Hi G, enjoyed your post. You write about Acetic Acid (AA) being basically poison, judging from the MSDS. In light of that, do you consume vinegar (i.e. when making salads)? That's basically a 5% diluted version of AA. Or would you advise against the use of vinegar?

Best regards,

Marko

Also while reading further you write that EPA is 90% Ethanol and that Ethanol is a cancer causing agent. Well... no shit? Ethanol is drinking alkohol and a known poison to the human body.... I am not sure why you don't point out that EtOH is just drinking alkohol?

Best regards,

Marko
