They recently started with cloud seeding in south africa, together with university of.cape town it seems..we had tremendous rain storms and floods the last 2 years with many floods, damage and deaths, so i pressume they started it already as a free sample and now are talking business....
Thank you so very much for the comment. I have been trying to find African, Russian and Ukranian citizens that are aware of geoengineering occurring in their countries for years, so I can confirm that this is indeed occurring in those three countries. For some reason, on social media, Africa, Russia and Ukraine content is blocked from USA citizens view, so we have no way to communicate with you. I would absolutely love to ask you some questions, if you don't mind. Agent131711@proton.me

The project — BioSCape — is a biodiversity survey conducted by the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (Nasa) with several South African organisations to link satellite and airborne data with field observations to better understand the biodiversity of the GCFR and the impact of climate change on biodiversity. The project will explore the threats to biodiversity across terrestrial and aquatic systems in the region, as well as their structure, composition and function.
Last week, two modified Nasa planes — a Gulfstream III and a Gulfstream V — took off from Cape Town to begin six weeks of data collection across the region for the one-of-a-kind project. The project was at least eight years in the making by a joint team of about 150 South African and US scientists before the planes could take to the sky. Daily Maverick observed the first take-off with the teams on Friday, 20 October.
The aim is to improve understanding of the impacts of climate change on biodiversity to develop new technologies for monitoring and managing nature’s contributions to people to reduce biodiversity loss and threats. Woody Turner, programme scientist for Biological Diversity and programme manager for Ecological Forecasting at Nasa’s Science Mission Directorate, oversees Nasa’s research efforts to use satellite-derived information to understand the relationship of biodiversity to climate and landscape change and ecosystem function.
BioSCape is studying coastal and marine environments in the GCFR using airborne imaging spectroscopy, lidar and new hyperspectral data, ranging from UV to thermal wavelengths. These remotely sensed data will combine with existing and new field observations of the spatial distribution of species, ecosystems and their characteristics. Together, these observations enable high-resolution mapping of biodiversity, functional traits and environmental variations and local disturbances (weather, human activity, land degradation, etc).
The data for BioSCape is collected using a unique combination of four remote sensors built into the two planes, each giving a different set of data that will be analysed to create the survey of the region. This data will be available for all researchers once compiled and will assist with numerous research projects.
South African research partners include the National Research Foundation, the South African Environmental Observation Network, the South African National Biodiversity Institute, South African National Parks and CapeNature. The science team estimated that funding for the project consisted of about R220-million from the US and R11-million from South Africa. The official launch of the project will take place on 17 November.
It's amazing how much information can surface when you know what to look for. Chemtrails and geogengineering have been the wrong terminology in this country. Here it is called "Rainfall Enhancement" and "National Precipitation Research". A wolf in sheep's clothing - it is geoengineering, nothing more whether they realised it or not; and has been practised here without the knowledge of the public since 1975 that continues to this day. This is on the first page of this document which outlines this long program lead by our very own South African Weather Service (SAWS)!
A new method of seeding convective clouds for the purpose of augmenting rainfall is being developed in South Africa. Flares that produce small salt particles (0.5-μm mean diameter) are attached to the trailing edge of the wings of seeding aircraft and ignited in updrafts below the cloud base of convective storms. This method of delivery overcomes most of the difficulties encountered in the handling and the use of hygroscopic materials, difficulties that made seeding with ice nuclei (AgI) a more attractive option.
The research that has led to the development of this new technique was prompted by an encounter with a storm with dramatically altered microphysics that was growing over a Kraft paper mill in the research area. Hygroscopic seeding flares were subsequently developed, and seeding trials began in October 1990. Successful seeding trials quickly led to the design and execution of a randomized convective cloud-seeding experiment, the results of which show convincing evidence of increases in the radar-measured rain mass from seeded storms when compared to the control or unseeded storms. article was in 1997!

I can search some recent news articles where they blatantly mention they are busy "researching" the effect of cloud seeding, then i will send the http

I’m in central Florida. Went to Alabama, no chemtrails , it was nice.
Only saw a bit over Atlanta Georgia.& back in Florida, abundant.
I honestly think Syracuse New York area is a test area. Lived there for years and it’s the haziest place every day and many nights.
I’m thankful I’m in my late 50’s & remember authentic God given skies . Hours spent looking at the clouds shifting, letting the imagination go .
This is important history that people recently becoming aware of the problem need to be familiar with. Thanks for digging this up.
Shasta had a similar public hearing with the same results.
Do you have a link to any video of the Shasta hearings?
I don't, it's not easy to find anymore but you could try on Bitchute or Rumble.
You need a dude with a decent microscope 🔬and the proper slide mounting skills to show you the wetware performance in the digital skies
