Should we do a class action against Substack/Stripe? Serious question. I am in communication with authors/my subscribers in Australia.

🐺The Wise Wolf's avatar

I propose all of us mid-tier Substack creators make our own platform. They are changing. I spent 3 years on here growing to 57,000 subs and it took Dolly Parton 3 hours to do it when she plopped her wretched carcass on here last week.

I knew this was going to happen as soon as they took VC funding.

denise ward's avatar

It seems daunting but we ought to start our own platform, writers may have to fund it but if there are a lot of us, it would only be minimal charges. That would be the best outcome from all of this. Whenever they try to stop us it makes us stronger!

summer's avatar

My husband says this decentralized internet would be ideal for SubStackers like Agent.

Oh never heard of it. I shall take a squizz. Thank you.

What is VC funding ?

Chris's avatar

You don't have the smile and big boobies combo of Dolly now do ya? How's your singing by the way,ha!

🐺The Wise Wolf's avatar

Yes and thank god for that. Why would I want to be some 80 year old fake tit plastic surgery monster?

Adam Antium's avatar

NO!! Stop playing with their stuff! FFS!

Kaylene Emery's avatar

Sasha have you had any feedback on your question ?

I’ve had my own issues with Substack and now refuse to have any paid subs. Long story but giving them my credit card details left me with no choice but to go to my bank with ….questions and demands.

This also happened with any monthly donations I made to political parties here in Australia. Even the most respected .

Online donations and subs are completely fraught.

Chris's avatar

No ,they're controlled now..Sasha ,most know you,organize a new stack..how about yourstack.com w no bio,etc.Youll be our, oh gosh,HERO!!!

Definitely - next door in NZ.

How about “replicating” Substack. A bunch of you get together, hire someone like Gab and create something similar, eventually better than SS?

Uwe Conrad's avatar

Replicating substack is not necessary because it already exists in the form of https://pareto.space/en

It's based on Nostr https://nostr.how/en/what-is-nostr which enables censorship-resistant and globally decentralized publishing on the web. Monetisation is also possible.

Danke. Fantastisch. Super Information !

Sasha Latypova's avatar

do you have $20M to invest in the seed round for this?

:yulia:'s avatar

I recall you bragging about you being a millionaire… ;)

In all seriousness, I might invest into it, were there a crowdfunding with great incentives.

Sasha Latypova's avatar

Yes, and it is very clear now why you are not a millionaire. You are welcome to compete with Andreesen Horowitz and Department of Defense and Mossad and other agencies. I am not interested in that business. Thanks for you wonderful manners and kindness.

:yulia:'s avatar

Hehe, yet don’t know what I am or what I am not :) AND you will never know.

Please stay that way. I assure you, I deeply do not care what you are. You seem to follow me, and keep writing stupid comments in my direction, unsolicited by me in any way.

Indeed. It could help.

Sorry, I do not do anything facebook, meta or whatsapp. Unless my daughter sends me something on facebook. I don't do phone apps. I have a de-googled phone for calls and texts only. I do my computing on a desktop using Linux and a VPN. I have seen a few of those age verification things around and will not engage with them.

Apple, google, amazon, microsoft, facebook, meta and a host of others are data collection machines and privacy invaders. I severely minimize my use of all of them and some not at all. All this data is going to the Palantir god (the only god Trump obeys) and will be linked into data sites around the world, eventually. All for digital ID and depopulation controlled by A/i retards who DO NOT THINK beyond how they are programmed despite what big tech tells us.

I expect at some point, substack will become the next "X"...not worth a plug nickel. It is terrible what they do to writers on this site. The fees are horrendous. It is the most cherished goal of tyrannical governments around the world to take away all freedoms for humanity. Then do away with humans all together. The deep state calls this progress.

I'm with you there, don't use ANY of these things, don't do ANY social media, don't even have a cell phone let alone an "app" for anything! ONLY a computer, just moving to Linux thanks to my tech savvy husband. We HAVE to get back to simple living again.

I'll post a link in a few minutes to some folks who travelled from Canada to South America avoiding all the scanning and simply saying they don't have access to a cell phone. They show how IT CAN BE DONE!

Watch this summer, the data centers are raping the local energy grids and the local water supplies, they will cause blackouts in hot areas, people will die, they will blame climate change and suddenly there is not enough silver for the solar panels, and there is language buried in a law, 1000 pages in ( sorry I can't be more specific) already that sets up the silver confiscation. I'll try to find that video for everyone.

Wonderful! Now you can get a landline (if they are still available in your area), and introduce your daughter to e-mail. ;-)

In addition to being personal surveillance and tracking devices, which we have been convinced we can't live without - and to take with us EVERYWHERE - we have also been conned into PAYING for them.

The man-made radiation frequencies emitted by cellphone towers, antennas, and by cellphones is dangerous to all life.

https://CellphoneTaskForce.org

https://childrenshealthdefense.org/electromagnetic-radiation-wireless/

"This holiday season, federal agencies and Congress are pushing major policy changes that will allow industry to place cell towers and antennas virtually anywhere in America — including near homes and schools, on neighborhood playgrounds, and in front of your church. All with no informed consent, no safety oversight, and an industry shielded from liability. And you and your town will have no say in the decision making."

Take action to stop federal takeover of celltower and antenna placement - and an UNCONSTITUTIONAL 'liability shield' for cellular corporations:

https://childrenshealthdefense.org/community/light-it-up-for-local-control/?itm_term=homehero

summer's avatar

Telus here in Canada will no longer put in or service land lines, and we had to fight to keep our copper cable when they went on a frenzy a couple of years ago of replacing all the copper wires with radiating fibre optics which would be able to handle all their data from smart everythings in your home. And the new laws here allow cell towers to be put on ANY rooftop with the permission of the property owner, who of course will be paid a handsome rent, taking away any chance of protecting ourselves. Plus all the new streetlights are 5g to track us everywhere. The Min of Education already signed a FIFTY year contract to have towers on ALL schools, which has now been done. And they love to use the holiday season to pass this kind of stuff cos no one is even looking then.

Emily Peyton -Truth Rises's avatar

Yes you do have a say. Its is unconstitutional. The FCC cannot override states right and obligations to serve the safety and welfare of their people, public servants do not have the right to subject you to ill health on behalf of an industry. Their 'laws' are not lawful. Allpower originates in and arises from, the people, it is delegated in a limited way to government to protect our rights. If a person cannot endanger or harm others, the government cannot have the right to do so. The FCC does not have any authority, and the people, who have not been introduced to the Constitution, and too many have yet to seek it out, have yet to understand and apply their power. Lets see the letter I sent: Members of the Senate Commerce Committee,

This communication is to notify you that H.R. 2289 contains unconstitutional preemption provisions that directly interfere with State and local officials’ sworn duty to protect life, health, and safety.

1. State police power cannot be overridden by statute.

Every State constitution charges State and local officials with protecting the lives, liberty, and property of the people.

Under the 10th Amendment, police powers remain with the States unless expressly delegated — and Congress has never been granted authority over RF exposure standards or forced deployment of wireless facilities.

2. H.R. 2289 violates established Supreme Court doctrine.

The following cases bar Congress from compelling State participation in federal policy or stripping States of their sovereign duties:

• Printz v. United States (1997)

• New York v. United States (1992)

• Bond v. United States (2011 & 2014)

• NFIB v. Sebelius (2012)

Forcing States and municipalities to accept wireless installations regardless of safety concerns constitutes coercion and commandeering — both unconstitutional.

3. Federal law cannot forbid States from protecting human life.

H.R. 2289 attempts to prohibit State and local officials from considering environmental and health effects of RF radiation and even imposes automatic approval deadlines. This:

1. Nullifies State police power

2. Interferes with officials’ sworn oath

3. Forces involuntary exposure to technology with potential health implications

4. Blocks local self-governance and public process

This is not within Congress’s authority.

4. Fundamental rights cannot be displaced by agency regulation.

The FCC — an unelected body — cannot lawfully override:

• The right to life

• The right to bodily integrity

• The right to local governance

These rights cannot be cancelled by statute or delegated to an agency.

5. H.R. 2289 violates the nondelegation doctrine.

Congress may not transfer its legislative responsibilities to the FCC while simultaneously prohibiting States from questioning FCC determinations.

6. Congress lacks authority to force exposure to hazardous technology.

This power was never delegated to the federal government and therefore remains with the States and the people under the 10th Amendment.

H.R. 2289 is an overreach, constitutionally defective, and directly conflicts with the obligations imposed on State and local officials.

Its preemption mechanisms cannot stand.

This notice serves to assert these constitutional boundaries plainly and without ambiguity.

thank you for sharing this. Some of us out there are trying to do what you have achieved. What did you do when faced by naysayers in your close circles who wanted to continue using the other apps? or would make fun or blame you as being paranoid and exaggerating?

DRK's avatar

Why would anyone care what those who are too 'programmed' to see what is happening say about taking basic precautions around the use of technology? Or a sensible refusal to support with our money OR our "data" - details abut our personal lives, our biometrics, etc - the corporations that are violating our right to privacy, exploiting us, and increasingly controlling our lives?

Except to feel concerned about the unwitting...

Do those who would call people who take all reasonable precautions about their digital privacy & security "paranoid" lock the doors to their homes?

The Right to privacy is a fundamental human Right, which no corporation and no government has any more authority to violate than another person has.

'Those who would give up essential Liberties to purchase a little temporary convenience deserve neither convenience nor Liberty.' - Benjamin Franklin in the 21st century

Why do we keep enriching the 'tech bros' and CEOs who use corporate charters as licenses to beak the law, and as personal liability shields? Why do the State and federal governments - established b We the People to protect our Rights - allow them to get away with this?

Corporations "private" businesses. The Supreme Court of the U.S. explains:

Hale vs. Henkel (1906)

"The individual may stand upon his constitutionally potected rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract (to do business) is unlimited. He owes no duty to the state or to his neighbors to divulge his business, or to open his doors to an investigation... He owes no such duty to the state, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land long antecedent to the organization of the state, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and only in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights.

Upon the other hand, the corporation is a creature of the state. IT IS PRESUMED TO BE INCORPORATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.* It receives certain special privileges and franchises, and holds them subject to the laws of the state and the limitations of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation.

There is a reserved right in the legislature to investigate its contracts and find out whether it has exceeded its powers. ... a state, (having chartered a corporation to) make use of certain franchises, (has a obligation to) inquire how these franchises had been employed, and whether they had been abused..."

*By providing goods and/or services that would likely not otherwise be available.

The opinions of others have no effect at all on me becos i am a sovereign being with solid values, ethics and principles that i knows in my heart are right, and are not based on anyone else's ideas or opinions. All i can do is furnish them with information and if they don't want to hear it, well i can do nothing more. Most people will not pay any attention at all until their very own toes are stepped on, and then they go "hey! What's this? Why that's outrageous! Surely they can't do that!" but of course it is far too late by then.

I have publicly pledged that I will not sign up for the new, updated in real time, biometric, digital ID. In my view, this is the prize the perpetrators treasure even more than jabbing needles into the arms of the unsuspecting.

Even if I lose access to my own money, I’m not signing up or using it if assigned.

Our only opportunity to force the perpetrators to become more aggressive or to delay is to not cooperate with this.

I appreciate this specific measure isn’t “the thing”, but why they’re doing it it is to inch people along the road towards it.

If you can construct a Plan B, and deny them the satisfaction, please do so.

Some people have crossly informed me that we will all have to sign up eventually. Maybe. But let’s not help them.

We’re approaching the point where there’s pain whether we comply or not. Normality in that case isn’t available as an option. It’ll be a question of which is the least painful path.

Blessings to you all.

Ps: I’m bloody furious with Substack, too, the weasels.

So wonderful to hear the strength of your conviction Mike, and i definitely share it. Nothing wishy-washy about my principles, under no conditions would i ever consider it, not even, as you say, i lose all my money. I am absolutely steadfast in my conviction -- I'm NOT going there. People will have their excuses why they "have" to comply, and of course govts. will soon be requiring it in order to receive paycheques, benefits and pensions etc. I remember how so-called "awake" people were willing to put on a mask to go into Costco becos Costco sells their favourite coffee....... And all those people who submitted to the jabs becos they were told they "HAD" to to travel or play sports or keep their job......... and it will be the same with this. Those with unwaivering principles have to remain steadfast and be a model for others, as did the Canadian folks in the presentation i linked elsewhere in these comments.

Do you remember Janet Ossebaard, who was one of two presenters of the amazingly revealing Fall of the Cabal series? Then she mysteriously died a couple of years ago, it sounded like a targeted mind control job to me. Well here is the other presenter, with an excellent documentary up to the same standards as Fall of the Cabal. A number of the best Truthers are featured. This is so well done, excellent to pass on to those who are just waking up now. I Iove Catherine Austin Fitts closing words at the very end of the film -- "If you look at where this is going, i'm not going there. And whether God takes me out or the leadership takes me out, i don't care. I'm NOT going there."

Yes, I do remember Janet. Early on, I remember feeling that “Surely this cannot be true?”. It’s strange how one can be in denial about some things even while being sure about other things which are proof of organised diabolical behaviour.

summer's avatar

Yes, the last six hears have been been an unprecedented learning curve for all of us, and just when we thought it couldn't get any more terrifying, horrific, depraved, disgusting, outrageous, demonic, and beyond unbelievable, even more is still being dredged up all the time. The test is whether, despite all the efforts to bring our frequency as low as possible and lock the prison doors completely, some us at least will still be able to raise our frequency to match the new high frequency entering this realm, and keep it in this high state long enough for the New World to materialise. This is where the long predicted bifurcation of humanity comes into play, where one train goes one direction and another train goes another direction. It has happened before many times in our long long long human story, and is happening again. We can already see the separation widening, some of us can no longer even communicate with a large portion of society, and it gets more pronounced every day as many continue to awaken but many also choose to remain in deep sleep while they walk over a cliff of no return. This is why our total commitment to NOT GOING THERE, our conviction that we are sovereign beings responsible for our own decisions and lives, is so vitally important at this time. And sadly many of the so-called "awake" are preparing to jump on the wrong train by going along with the Agenda just to get and keep their money and material possessions, which in truth are meaningless without sovereignty and freedom.

An interjection:

Having been a TI for many years and subjected to the organized creeps' threats of enslavement, debasement, and worse, in person, am really sensitive to the word "sub."

The creeps thrive on forcing especially women and children to be "submissive" to their desires, and they call them "subs." This parlance is more widespread among the secret societies, intell and governments/ corporate networks than one might imagine. The porn they produce is all about sadism and controlling and twisting the identities of ''subs."

Why the pornographic moment just now? YouTube and all blogs call subscribers "subs." "Sub"stack was a trap for all of the truth and freedom types, some sharing hidden information and brilliant analysis and, of course, others playing propaganda and controlled opposition roles.

As the biometric ID trap for online activity is being sprung, it's gotcha time. Substack is saying we've stacked the subs and now we have them where we want. They'll have to "submit" to identifying themselves as compliant submissives and accept overt surveillance and censorship, or they'll be punished with little recourse.

As for me, I'm having trouble posting comments, recently.

I didn't understand the role they played in porn until very, very recently.

I use Linux on my desktop and graphene OS on my cell phone. I do not have a bank account and strictly use cash for transactions. As much as I would have liked to support writers such as Agent 131711, i do not have electronic payment capabilities. Soon, we will all have to choose to give up our cell phones and go locally face to face transactions only. The biometric transhumanist technocracy only works if everyone has a cell phone. This is where we're at. Please prove me wrong.

ForestSong's avatar

I also use Linux and Graphene OS, don't use apps on phone and limit them on desktop- whenever possible access sites via web browser.

I use cash for nearly everything, but do still have a bank and credit card for remote transactions, including homesteading supplies, substack, etc. I use the bank account and credit card with the understanding that I may have to abandon them at any time if digital id's etc come to be.

As someone who has advanced further than me in phasing these things out, can you let me know of things you may find problematic in continuing to use the crutches of a bank account and a credit card as an interim measure?

Thank you.

Absolutely right! THIS is why we are all being funnelled into having a cell phone, people are buying/owning/using/addicted to their own imprisonment device! I can't see any hope unless people actually ditch the things and go back human-to-human relationships.

RE WHATSAPP:

Here is a very clever move by WhatsApp (part of meta/facebook) that came out recently, just in time to convince people that they really DO need the biometric/digital ID "FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY AND SECURITY". This event, which we are told effected ALL WhatsApp users, likely never even happened, after all why would a "research team" do all this work and then dispose of it (or perhaps just SELL it) just to "prove" it can be done? Doesn't any make sense. I think this was all a publicised scare tactic to get people to want the ID and be willing to comply for their own safety, and you can bet that very soon WhatsApp will indeed require the ID. And the biometric verification will likely be telling you to take a "selfie" with your own enslavement device, your cell phone, which AI will then compare to the biometric data they have already collected on your thru your cell phone taking your photo every couple of minutes without you knowing.

In some countries like Mexico, apparently EVERYONE uses WhatsApp for EVERYTHING, with NO IDEA just how much extremely valuable data WhatsApp is collecting on them every day, including their contacts, whereabouts, travel tickets, banking details and activity, health care status and activity, emails, interests, preferences and behaviours. So who needs digital ID when you've got WhatsApp? Remember that when anything is free and so CONVENIENT, YOU are the product!

We use Signal for our private group chat because it is the most secure: https://chemtrails.substack.com/p/meet-me-and-fellow-truthers-paid But people tantrum that they have to download an app on their phone to access it on the computer, and therefore say they don't want to use it. There is no winning because no matter what you pick, people say it's awful. Being that this group only gives updates, it doesn't really matter.

FloxedAndFurious's avatar

Yeah. But desktop use for most them, require app on phone. AFAIK can't use WA in browser tab without a phone version installed, and their desktop app is MS Store only, which I rip out of the OS, haven't found an msix to sideload. Ditto for telegram, you need app on phone. Ditto for Signal. It all begins with the phone.

The one nifty program I've experiment with is Threema. Can be used desktop only I believe. But, can't remember precisely, think it's text-only. But allegedly VERY secure.

The "smartphone" was the downfall of humanity. That was their masterstroke.

summer's avatar

Exactly so. We all wondered what that monolith was supposed to symbolize at the end of the iconic 2001 movie, eg. the next step "forward" for humanity, well there it is in your hand right now. And when it becomes too complicated and inconvenient for you to use as your now-required-for-life identity, it will be an easy move to "just go get the chip". The first time i ever heard about cell phones i felt revulsion, and that hasn't changed. Never all these years had any desire whatsoever to get one. Don't even know how to use one, or even how to text. Call me antiquated, but i am so so so glad now that i never got sucked into the addiction that will be the imprisonment and ultimate death of humanity.

FloxedAndFurious's avatar

Wow. Kudos. How do you survive without it? I resisted with a dumbphone for as long as I could, till 2014 I think, everybody took me for a Luddite. Hated the damn things, still do with a passion. The US OBSESSION with "texting." (Europe is more whatsapp not texting so much.) Trying to type with two fucking thumbs (coming from someone who learned on an IBM Selectric). FFS, send me an email so I can actually read and reply and have a direct record I don't have to excise from the phone. Or just call. Insane. Everybody with cellphones grafted on their face. Had LineageOS on a Redmi and it was heaven. Hard to flash tho, and not available for all models.

summer's avatar

It's cos i still remember and treasure many decades of simple living without them, and i could never think of any good reason why i would want to be contactable by anyone 24/7, thus interfering with my peace. And if i want to contact someone else, i've got a corded landline (which the Wannabe Controllers are keen to dispose of) and i can email, or even send a letter, when the PO isn't on strike.

People always say "but what about emergencies???" Hey folks, the human race survived without them, i survived my childhood without them, and my kids survived their childhood without them. We all learned to be resourceful and take care of ourselves, not expecting any saviours to rescue us.

summer's avatar

Also i have always worked for myself, and would never consent to work for anyone who required me to have a cell phone. Employees and employers have allowed this takeover to happen, all for the sake of "convenience". Convenience and safety are proving to be the death knell of the human species.

Yep. What makes it difficult is that companies, where ur on payroll or self-employed, tend to use WA for worker communications. Hard to refuse and tell everybody, "no you all have to use Telegram." No Whatsapp, no work. Same as idiot companies that use googledrive and don't bother to set it up where you don't have to login (i.e., open access). So even if you DO NOT WANT A GOOGLE ACCT, ur forced to have one, cause if you pester them and say "i don't have a google acct, can u wetranfer or grant open access 1) They freak out, think you're Marvin the Martian, and 2) you're already creating static, becoming "difficult." So.... you're forced to create a dummy google acct, "iloathegoogle@gmail.com" (which is getting harder and harder to do, many hoops) JUST SO YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR WORK DOCUMENTS /// and you gotta ask yourself: HOW CAN COMPANIES BE SO FUCKING STUPID TO PUT COMPANY DOCS ON GOOGLEDRIVE???

How can I get it completely OFF my iPhone after a "must have it" trip to Central America? You are correct, EVERYONE there uses it, from the coconut sellers on the side of the road to the Uber drivers to the Air B & B to the ordinary citizens communicating. All the Apps I had to load I now want GONE but I'm apparently not smart enough.

VN's avatar

You can look into Above Phone. They sell de-googled phones with Graphene OS. These phones allow you an option to sandbox an app to where it cannot see anything on your phone. It thinks it can, but it can’t. It works for those situations where you are forced to have something that you can’t get out of. As things get smarter though, the harder it will be to bypass requirements.

What I've always wondered is... can you legally be required to own a Smartphone? (Yeah, I know the law is whatever they say it is, just wondering.) The theory goes that the law can proscribe an action, but that it cannot compel performance. We know how that works out in practice.

As usual, it boils down to: "No one's forcing you to own a Smartphone. But if you don't have one, we cannot or will not do business with you."

summer's avatar

yes just like the jabs......... they will always say you don't HAVE to do it, but if you don't, you'll lose your job, can't travel, play sports etc. etc. Where are the principled people who say NO and mean NO? We need to stand up en masse and SAY NO!

Those of us who are creating a New World free of all this tech control can survive, but it takes a mass awakening and mass effort. If millions of people stand up and say they are unable to comply becos they have no access to a phone, the world could change overnight.

Donna's avatar

I only use a simple flip phone, but I'm certain that when this becomes mandatory, smartphones will be provided "free" or bypassed altogether for implanted micro (or nano) chips. Coercion a la Covid will be the first step (after the swarms of eager volunteers jump off the cliff,) but once that runs its course, forced injection checkpoints would clean up many more who still try to use roads, stores, hospitals, and so on. By the time that's run its course, the number of individuals still resisting will be small enough that "they" can spare some manpower to hunt down most of the rest with high-tech location equipment and possibly long-range injection guns. (Or release GMO mosquitos or air-dropped inhaleables or water table contamination or...) Sure we can still resist, hunt the hunters, and hopefully have knowledgeable people on "our side" who can detect and remove the offending tech from our bodies, but the deck will be stacked against us. There may come a time when un-chipped stragglers will simply be left to die off, or coalesce into small remote communities to be watched and/or dealt with later. Or they may simply task AI drones with patrolling search grids, locating and either chipping stragglers or killing them off.

Yet I still plan to resist, on principal, and in the hope that like minded folks can pool resources, skills and knowledge and cleanse the Earth of the parasitic PTB. Sadly, this will likely take strategic offense rather than simple defensive resistance. 🤷‍♀️

Yes it is a very grim picture at this time, especially with all the frequency weapons in their arsenol (the power of frequency is the number one secret of all the secret societies). This outcast society you envision was actually portrayed in the pre-programming book 1984.

The only way out of this is spiritual, it has to do with US taking control of changing the frequency, the el-ites know this and thus are doing everything possible to keep us in low destructive frequencies of fear, anger, hate, frustration and helplessness. We all need to go thru the material awakening process, which we are thanks to Agent and so many others, but there are no saviours, and once we understand that EVERYTHING is energy, frequency and vibration we will understand that it is within our power, indeed it is our human mission, to save ourselves thru using this knowledge.

We need to put the tech down, which isn’t going to be welcomed by SubStack authors.

Sounds like SS is a sinking ship anyway.......

Nick's avatar

Yup, a shame but to be expected. They will slowly try to destroy all forms of communication.

Nick's avatar

Agree, let’s hope millions, as you say, are with us 👽

Don't know. Maybe the same thing that got rid of the Obamacare mandate. Forcing someone to buy a product, in this case the device.

Many laws showing hollow or disrespected growingly as illusions of freedoms, rights etc dissipated in technocracy enforcement.

We as citizens chose the illusion in 1776 and before ,it was clear to anyone earnestly checking : Masonic founders tied intimately to over pond bankers ,Queen, Vatican, secret societies, Rothchilds and pagan occultic ie satanic to Christians interpretation if true to Bible; most Christians successfully pressured and bot off w loans, free money, free land etc to keep quiet on these issues and accept Christian token offerings of deception from Masonic founders ie call them progressive Christians open to peace other religions blah , blah whitewash of their in bedness w old devil's Christians running from, well boating away from ie pond..etc.

Ever since most Christians don't want to know if Masonic dabblings there, just give us our piece of pie even tainted and let us be...not seeing or facing how possessed politics would evolve to a technocracy, dismantling all aspects of humanity into hybridisms ie perversions of nature and metals and yes black cubes representing the outer darkness controlled to extent by Satan bringing it into our every facet of life until our souls are no more..spare the repentant quite passionately with Christ somehow being saved by God's hand.

not sure if you will see this. there is another person i follow who came to substack recently because their I think blogspot site was nuked by google without warning. when that person came to substack i said i like substack, but it is obvious they are chasing all the 'truthers' on to substack to turn it into a single point of failure. once everyone is on here, i am sure there will be a day where all of a sudden substack goes out of business or something. and then everyone will be out of luck. so i definitely support making another independent website like you are doing.

Time to get off of this fucking platform as well. Gosh, this makes me angry.

Thank you so much for sharing. I’ll check out your new platform.

Thanks! You may think tommorow is a bomb article, but this one here is explosingly helpfull, tu exactly know where this new problematic comes from, thanks!

Looks like most people on the survey right now want the light background, that's ok, I use DarkReader in my browser so I can actually see the websites. (I have vision issues). Also glad you have it recorded, so I can listen.

I had a facebook account for awhile many years ago, but they gave my account to someone else and demanded a picture of my face before they would even talk to me about it....I refused to give facebook a pic of my face, so of course I will refuse any biometric collection nonsense also.

Desert Jewel's avatar

More and more, there are fewer and fewer people to talk to about logistics. Makes you wonder.

Donna's avatar

Wow, that totally sucks! It's good to know how this system works though and how it screws over authors -- thank you for showing and telling.

An alternate internet and alternate payment processors should be developed by enterprising hackers who know how big tech, big gov, and others capture everything, so we can all just move off their increasingly restrictive platforms. If only I were young and energetic again!

Interacting locally in person is one solution to bypass the middleMan, but that eliminates connection with many like-minded folks who keep us informed and share helpful ideas around the world. Just saying "no" to all the intrusive apps carries a cost that many are unwilling (and some are simply unable) to pay.

What about Zelle?

Donna's avatar

I'm no expert since I don't use it, but I read that zelle requires users to go through banking institutions to use its service since it shut down its own stand-alone app. So users would be subject to the whims of whichever banking corporation processes their transactions when they use zelle.

Whatsapp. Worst toxic, radioactive choice on the planet. All goes straight to meta/FB. Telegram, notwithstanding their caving to the French or whatever it was, is a much better option. Even Signal. But Whatsapp?? WTF?

Agent131711's avatar

We use Signal for our private group chat because it is the most secure: https://chemtrails.substack.com/p/meet-me-and-fellow-truthers-paid But people tantrum that they have to download an app on their phone to access it on the computer, and therefore say they don't want to use it. There is no winning because no matter what you pick, people say it's awful. Being that this group only gives updates, it doesn't really matter.

Claude Zachary's avatar

The only true decentralized app for chatting is Session. Signal is a CIA joke.

ForestSong's avatar

I appreciate knowing about signal. Whatsapp is out for me. I have been supporting your work and that of MG here on substack, but would it be better to move that support over to shadowbannedlibrary? Thank you for your insightful, forthright work!

summer's avatar

Absolutely agree!! See my comment about WhatsApp!!!

Mel Remple's avatar

I don’t use the Substack app. I receive all emails and can view posts on Substack.com. No ID needed!

LockedOut's avatar

This is 100% correct about what has happened in Australia. What’s worse is (1) Substack was not required to comply (unlike several social media platforms): it voluntarily imposed the biometric ID blocks on its accounts and (2) Substack emailed all account holders on December 11 with a reassuring “heads up” explicitly stating that “Paid subscribers are already verified” before proceeding to arbitrarily block paid subscriber accounts. No recourse. No appeal. >> In other words, Substack has voluntarily and arbitrarily and misleadingly imposed the most extreme digital ID lockout on its account holders - far worse than any of the other “social media” platforms.
