I was thinking kind of the same thing, but to take it a little deeper. Why all the effort to lie to us at all? They lie to us about just about everything. They seem very concerned about us finding out what the “Truth” is, and spend in inordinate amount of time and resources altering and structuring our reality. Love the dinorabbit. I've been very slow to be persuaded by the dinosaur hoax - not that I was so much against it, more that I felt no need to rush - but when I got the idea that the bones are simply of different animals it makes it much easier to accept.
