I told her to change her diet and to not undergo these destructive and antiquated procedures. Radiation is known to be harmful and the drugs used for chemotherapy are close to WWI mustard gas!

Reminds me of Otto Warburg winning a prize in 1923 for his discovery that cancer can't live in oxygenated tissue, but craves an anaerobic environment, such as the site of micro clotting in tissues. Tumors are yeast buildup. Probably just one of the five causes.
The problem is epidemiology and pathology data. The data is largely flawed for a variety of reasons. Microbes being made the villains is one reason (viruses don't even exist, btw) and the scientific method and natural processes not being adhered to when studies are conducted is another. The TOXIC LOAD is the problem. We are exposed to an enormous amount of toxins and outright poisons in modern times (1700's onward). Our bodies are miraculous but they can only do so much. It makes perfect sense that the body would try to isolate those toxins it can't immediately eliminate. Has medical science really, properly explored the question of WHY lumps form? Not likely.
Sigh. They all converge on the same story because it's a made up story. No proper, long term, independent studies have been carried out with regards to just about anything. In my experience, the scientific method is seldom adhered to. Pseudoscience isn't science. No supposed virus has ever been properly isolated, so there is no way a genome could have been sequenced. Nothing in what you just said eliminates toxic load as a leading cause of tumors.

sounds like you agree with the author. Parasites are not the cause, diet and toxins are.
