Also there was a more recent well-documented plague, the "penis panic", or "koro" (meaning turtlehead) disease, which took place in Singapore, China, West Africa and Sudan from 1967 until the early 2000s. The common story was: “A stranger appeared at a village market. After the stranger handed over his money, he clasped the vendor’s hand. The tea seller felt an electric tingling course through his body and immediately sensed his penis had shrunk to smaller than that of a baby’s. As a crowd congregated around the shrieking man, another man screamed that his penis had also gone missing." Hundreds of men experienced this, and it definitely sounds like some kind of frequency weapon targeting the genitalia. It was a brutal bloodbath that left many dead and mutilated. The US military later admitted that this was an experiment of theirs using frequency weapons to coerce the minds of these (to them dispensible) lab rats into unbelievable violence. The mayor then refused to pay the piper, so the piper "played a tune" which entranced all the children to follow him away from the town and into some kind of portal in a mountain, where they disappeared forever, an entire generation.
