Now that is interesting! Finally someone explains the “ no virus” theory . This makes 💯sense . The question is now … how do we avoid it ( food) ? We need it

Don't avoid food. Stop eating processed food. Buy healthy, locally grown, whole, organic food at the farmers' market or direct from farmers. Or better yet, grow as much of your own as you can if you have a patch of dirt, or even a balcony where you can set up containers.

I remember suggesting to a friend that she make her own butter as she had easy access to a nearby dairy farmer. After explaining how easy it is, she decided it was too hard, even though it was harder to make the nutritionless cakes she was making every second day from premixes.

I grow a phenomenal amount of food in about 20 containers each 15gal. on my back patio. We are careful about the soil we use, making it from local uncontaminated soil from a mountain on our property and manure from our chickens who are fed mostly organic feed. I rarely shop at grocery stores but also order organic food through Azure Standard, a large supplier of organic food.

I grow much of my food too. You can tell the difference with how you feel.

Boy you sure can. I have had emergency things for the last 2 yrs and have not been able to work my garden. The other day I used tomatoe sauce from my garden of 2 yrs ago. Man, I miss those tomatoes. So darn GOOD.

Next year God willing. Home grown is the best......everything.

When our son was 2 I gathered zucchini from the garden but needed more, so I went to the market and got a couple. When supper was served, the little one dug into the zucchini. Some pieces he ate, others he spit out. I soon found out why. Our garden ones were sweet but the store bought ones were a somewhat bitter. Homegrown is so good. Today I served a huge late-maturing tomato from the garden. My husband said it was the only part of the salad that was actually good even though other items were organic. We’ve been protecting from near frost nights with agricultural row protection clipped to the tomato cages.

The knowledge has been around forever, but the plandemic forced a lot of people to find out more.

Here is something from June, 2022, meant to be commonly intelligible:
