When they were freshly vaxxed (booster times) even 1-2 visitor in our rather big living room could make me ill for days.
Anyway, those who suffers try to buy an ionizer for home and a personal one (necklace) for going out. There are types which are for cars while driving, they helped me a lot. Can eliminate the smell, allegedly because these poisons including radiation caused charged particles in the air are all positively charged, the ionizer emits negative charge in this way it is capable to neutralize them. I don't know that how true is the science part, but I know that the effect is helpful.
