The Nuremberg code helped shape the ethics of human medical experimentation. We (allegedly) don't willfully harm people to study effects of infection, treatment, etc. This is why you won't see any studies injecting black mold, or any potentially toxic compound, into the lungs of people just to study it. I say allegedly, because hell, we all went through the Covid farce, and once upon a time cigarettes were touted as healthy when we know they are toxic.
The Nuremberg Code turned out to be yet another toothless fraud on the people of the world, as those of us who tried to use it during the covid/mask/jab frenzy soon found out. The so-called "human rights" branch of our sham govt. didn't give one iota about it, or anything else, including our so-called "charter rights" here in Canada. We later found out that the Canadian constitution has never even been ratified, so we actually don't have a constitution OR a charter of rights (see The Myth is Canada website and the film Canada The Illusion.)

It was a deliberate sham in the UK, too (I think sham is the right word?), they allegedly made a law or advisory on masks - whatever - but reading it, it turned out that you didn't have to wear it if you had this or that condition or it simply made you too nervous. I used it all along not to wear one, but the panicked sheep couldn't handle this and I had serious confrontations with some of them when trying to push me. Travel companies took a nasty part in the hoax and pushing. Really nasty. But my point is if people - who didn't want to wear a mask - would bother to read they would have known there was a way out. I totally lost my faith in humanity during that times.
You are absolutely right, the most important part being that a "mandate" (a word rarely heard before covid) is NOT a law! I can't tell you how many times i had to stand firm on that when confronted. And of course since it is a fake "law" they had to leave some loopholes, conditions to let people off, but everyone was too terrified to even read about it or care. And it was silly that people had to come up with some particular condition that meant they "couldn't" wear a mask, instead of just stating that they WOULDN'T wear a mask. Every single person was exempt from this "law" becos we ALL need to breathe oxigenated air to live.
And the real psyop was that they didn't need to have police enforce any of this, becos the public themselves were happy to do the policing of any who stepped out of line! I too lost my faith in humanity during those times and it hasn't been easy to get it back.
Yet there are laws that Congress passed that allow the government / military to experiment on us without our knowledge. They can spray whatever they want on us. Just look at all the sick twisted experiments that Fauci and Gates have been able to perpetrate on unsuspecting people and children. Disgusting.
Be careful with cigarettes. They are far not as unhealthy as the marketing tells. It was a UK experiment which ended with the result that you have to be in a pub or similar place full with cigarette smoke for 30 years to develop lung cancer.
The HBO (if I recall well the channel) made a documentary sometime before 2000 on nicotine and they claimed it would be the miracle drug of the next century. Arthur Firstenberg proved (The Invisible Rainbow again) based on statistics / data that people got lung cancer (and other type of cancers) because of radiation (electricity and the rest) independently that they were smokers or not, the culprit was not the smoking. Robert O Becker MD also proved the cancer - radiation connection (Cross Currents), the point was if I recall well, that electric processes drive our bodies, regeneration, etc but when with other electric influences messing with it, the process turns bad, like cells start to turn back to become stem cell then to become the required cell but just before it would reach the stem cell state it turns into cancerous cell because of the disturbance.
Nicotine is a strong antidepressant (one of its benefits) without those nasty side effects of antidepressant. But of course if smoking helps, they cant push their drugs on you.
As about what a poison it is... we have tobacco plants, slugs love them to bits, no one died among them for chewing these plants.
