All land that was owned by loyal subjects of The Crown in the united States before the war shall be returned, and all contracts and debts before the war still valid. Clearly a Jesuit exercise in reverse psychology. It has all the hallmarks of a deliberate attempt to “rally the soldiers”, while seemingly denigrating the very institution it’s trying to draw its readers to sympathize with. Read the Jesuit oath sometime. That will really open your eyes, especially after you consider the history of the Catholic Church. Can a leopard change her spots?
