I don't know this bacteria you mentioned but I know that they are polymorphic and forms and disappears according to "need".
Smallpox is poisoning, TB is with us and rampant since Jenner's "vax", same with syphilis - also poisoning. (The Poisoned Needle by E. McBean - whale.to)

There was an excellent video series on truthcomestolight.com but the owner closed the site and I can't find it anymore. In the series they discussed many "popular, famous" illnesses and their real causes including these and the plague.
