Have not paid income tax for 13 years. Never made sense to give money to the government it’s gonna give some of it back? And then you never know where it’s going… Except to foreign wars.

Had a friend who did the same and one day he came home and three men in suits were sitting at his table. How did they get in when know one was home? As a result he paid his taxes. You are right our money is paying for all of their pet projects be it war or some stupid research on why rocks don't float. I have thought a lot about it and if everyone did it would succeed. Not everyone will be willing to do that sadly.

In 1833, President Andrew Jackson vetoed the recharter of the Second Bank of the United States, viewing it as corrupt and serving only the elite. This action was a significant part of the "Bank War," which aimed to decentralize banking in America and ultimately led to the bank's dissolution in 1836. 1833 933

Can you point me to a book or podcast so I can learn about the actual logistics of this?

Income tax: shattering the myth by Dr Dave Champion. Watch him on rumble too

Glog Man's avatar

Agreed, I’ve read that book twice now and always come away with more little epiphanies!!

I highly recommend Pete Hendirckson's website and book. I've been following him for a few years now and started filing my taxes (to get back what was taken from my earnings) according to his teachings.

Adam Antium's avatar

NO... this is NOT the answer. Pete Hendrickson is wrong and should not be followed... obviously you don't know much. Hendrickson tells you to play in their system and use their stuff.... that is how you go to jail. i personally know 3 people who went to jail for following Pete Hendrickson’s information. Not good advice.

Glog Man's avatar

Yeah. Didn’t Hendrickson also spend some time in jail? Gotta know whether or not you’re a US citizen, and are you a resident?

Adam Antium's avatar

That is not something you can argue in Court and expect to win. That's just more patriot nonsense. The court will steamroll over you with talk like that. And yes, i believe that Hendrickson did spend time in jail

Glog Man's avatar

Oddly, I feel I know just enough to not have to perform, but am still learning how to clean up credit score.

It’s all related to the SS#. SS# = taxpayer, yes?

Glog Man's avatar

Also. If in court, your appearing (I’ve seen people say use divine, or special, appearance.)

I was able to “not appear” and got a case dismissed after 6 months. I used 3rd party affidavit via USPS not appear and returned the summonses

Glog Man's avatar

It seems to me the first thing to do is write the IRS and notice them that, no, I am not a US citizen, was born on the land and soil jurisdiction of (your state of the union)? It seems also one would correct any other presumptions??

Glog Man's avatar

Also, there’s a difference between article I article III courts Article I courts are for corporations, and we’re obviously not corporations.

I have learned some things that are true, in the past twenty years.

Pete Hendrickson's Lost Horizons website has his book Crack the Code. Great correct information but don't try this at home. He was fried by the feds. No one is going to win a trial against the 800 pound gorilla in the gorillas court but they will be beaten up.

Taxation on labor is slavery... PERIOD!

I thought the "hit" play Hamilton was among the strangest of psyops. Why not an award-winning documentary on lava lamps or a big budget movie about the first transgender Snakes and Ladders champion?

Hamilton? With cheesy songs? A smash hit? Who would even bother to consider it let alone commit massive funds and saturation publicity? It makes no sense unless...

👍 Great comment. And this is gold: "Why not an award-winning documentary on lava lamps or a big budget movie about the first transgender Snakes and Ladders champion?" lol

Marxists, Communists and Satanists bureaucrats are running the government, creating policies that are enforced by the State, which claims a monopoly on violence, which forces a situation that creates poverty. The government solution to the government-created problems ( hidden by misattribution) is more government…do you see the pattern yet?

Before 1913, we could keep every penny we earned.

We had the right to earn, own, and keep property, and it was sacrosanct, guaranteed by U.S. law and tradition.

The government was funded through tariffs (paid directly by importers and indirectly by producers and consumers).

In 1885, the federal government spent inflation-adjusted dollars about 0.05% of what it does now. Even then people thought it was too big and wanted it cut back to size.

Pre-1913 period of U.S. history saw the greatest amount of economic growth ever seen.

The dollar was governed by the gold standard, and there was NO CENTRAL BANK.

Income tax came along in 1913 as a replacement for tariffs. The income tax just became a second and ADDITIONAL source of revenue. Then WW1 came, financed in large part by the central bank (the “private” FEDERAL RESERVE) that was created the same year.

“The Income Tax: Root of All Evil” by Frank Chodorov (1887-1966) is an interesting read. He also wrote the 16th Amendment to the Constitution.

is a good website to learn some things about taxes

Mr B's avatar

taxes come from Latches. Employees of the government must pay taxes. If you use US dollars, you are considered an employee of the government.

SunnyFlower's avatar

How sneakily Jwish of them.

AmericanVeteran's avatar

The problem with not paying taxes is that if you want to purchase a home no bank will give you a loan unless you purchase with cash. I don't know too many people that have over $500k cash in their bank accounts.

Its not that I don't want to give my money to the criminals in DC, but if I want to buy property you can not do it with out paying taxes. That's the issue.

They got us all by the balls and the banking industry are just as criminal as the legislators in the District of Criminals.

you have to grow your own food. Thats it. There is no other option.

Sober Christian Gentleman's avatar

Yes. I would like to start an edible plant-based knowledge synthesis into a children's teaching group, so parents and children may learn together in the real world, walking around, learning, applying and growing together, guided by a teacher.

AmericanVeteran's avatar

there are lots of homesteading resources on youtube. But to learn how to do grow all the food, the best way to do it is to just do it. Take notes and learn from it.

Sober Christian Gentleman's avatar

Very true. Just start somewhere and keep expanding…

Try not paying it and you'll find out what "illegal" is:).

Taxes are well worded voluntary Fraud

Wayne's avatar

As I have learned, the 16th Amendment only removed the apportionment of taxation. You are right that wages are not taxable. The IRS verbiage in their tax rules are completely misleading. Nobody in government will challenge this lie. People who work for schools , government, large corporations are pretty much stuck in the mud. If you work for yourself maybe but you have to know how to navigate yourself out of the system.

Glog Man's avatar

Have you read Dave Champion’s: INCOME TAX: Shattering the Myths?

He’s the only one to go over all the IRC, and explain why we as Americans are not liable for the income tax. VERY THOROUGH!

You can buy from his website. Well worth it.

skipper's avatar

This is not completely correct. The first case that the Supreme Court heard after passage of the amendment in 1913 was Brushaber v Union Pacific where Brushaber challenged the tax that the government wanted collected. The court determined that an indirect tax was a tax on privileged income like companies were getting for railroads, etc. from government. Going back further, one can see the constitutionality of the civil war income tax because the soldier is being paid by the government (defined as wages) and that it was a privilege since everybody did not get it. Indirect taxes are also tariffs. The definition of wages was subsequently wrongly grown to mean pay for work. Fight that if you want but it is no different than the Obamacare scam which was saved by labeling it a tax.

In your chart of taxes notice the giant rise in WWII for this privileged work of subduing others in their places. Also, the appearance of the payroll tax which was devised by Milton Freedman and started on soldiers and government contractors.

The probably staged tea Party tax was only 4%. What a long way we have come. This genie is NOT going back into the bottle.
