I believe someone with Substack did that one to me because several comments to that article won't show for me, and the comment count is different for me than for other Substack users. Who but an insider could rig things like that?
I noticed exactly the same kind of shenanigans with my Substack subscriber sign ups as well. Normally, I'll average 2-10 new subs per post. For the past five posts the reads are about average (~1-2k per post) but ZERO subs. A friend told me he tried signing up to get the email notifications of new stories and it took him FOUR times before it worked. Apparently, the same band of Gypsies is busy trying to suppress Substack, now that they had their way with YouTube, X and TikTok. Mention anything about Israel and you will be over the target.
My posts, with a mailing/alert list of around 270 has been consistently showing around 3-5 views, and I became uncertain if the alert function within Substack was somehow failing to send my Stacks out. I composed a post and emailed (Gmail) my entire list with a specific inquiry letter, asking them if they are getting my posts. The very next post went up to 118 views!? WTF? It seems like AI Algos are scrubbing and doing the shadowbanning work, and my 'inquiry' triggered it to stop messing around, but only for 1 post. The next one went back down to 3. I think this mental prison camp is being managed by web-crawling AIs that include backdoors into email and perhaps other systems.

This does make me wonder. One of the "truther" Substacks I subscribe to is Celia Farber, and I realized recently that it has been months since I received an email with one of her posts. I don't go to my own "main page" looking for posts, I assume they will be sent to my inbox.
I subscribe to many of these people and still get their articles and posts. But I am using proton email for substack with a VPN and a Linux based desktop. I do not trust anything apple, mircosoft or google.

I had a Proton email.. and I was hacked back around 2023 ... and that entire computer is GONE.. yeah.. hit my RAM who knows what it did. back door Trojan.. could have been Chinese.. my son came over and we both spent a day on it.. and I am on my laptop.. I didn manage to save my photos and written work on the HARDBOOK WDD.. had to let it go and live with it. yep. I have a couple friends who are about 10 to 15 years younger who were unix admins back in the day.. when I worked at Cable and Wireless and they ALL SWITCHED OVER THE LINUX based desktop or dual boots. I can't do that anymore.. but I did ask and found out ... my son said the same thing and has his own server. I just can't do all that any more because of vision issues w/ the hardware. (too tiny) for me to see.. LITERALLY..sigh.. that is ok.. : ENJOY WHILE YOU CAN.. then GO HIKING. while you legs are working!! :)

Fortunately, I still have many copies of those two books, and sold a pair of them to a friend recently who was born in France, but lives in England as I do.
I have had to recreate my list of friends who want to receive the announcement of life saving Emails 3 times, because an IT man who works for GCHQ (in England) betrayed me I believe in order to prevent my getting this information out to people, but I beat even that effort on his part.
So you and I are in the same boat, and I wish that I could help you with a paid membership, but because my work is free with only a tiny handful of people who have ever sent me money for my e-zine, causing me to have to live very frugally, I can only remain a free member.

Listen, I really do value and appreciate the Agents posts. I read every single one. At times I roll my eyes and struggle with believing what he says. Other times I'm all in and believe everything he says is true.
There have been some topics that I am totally disgusted by because my belief system just can't accept what he says. Ex: the dangers of Ivermectin (which I swear got me through the "pandemic" unscathed) and most of his religious posts (which I fear could be the difference between going to heaven or hell). I'm telling you right now, I considered scratching him from my reading list because of that. But then his next post is on a topic that I totally appreciate and I'm still hooked. Overall, there is a balance involved here.
With respect to his concerns about shadowbanning impacting his numbers, I wouldn't doubt that a fairly high percentage of other folks dropped him like a rock for daring to conflict with their world view. I nearly did that myself. That could explain a great deal if those statistics are true. Just saying.

Well said! We always have to keep an open mind and be discerning. I also did not want to read the article about heaven or hell, but I did. How else can we learn for sure. All eyes open, not wide shut.
But why would you want to stop reading articles by someone who researches deeply into things you believe to be true? Surely research and deep dives are what form and clarify belief? …By adding evidence or highlighting its absence. We don’t want to believe things which are proven lies. That’s pretty much the whole point of this author’s work.
I agree that sometimes his inferences from the evidence, may not be the same as mine. But evidence is evidence, and having the things we thought were true (either because of indoctrination or hope/need) challenged, and being able to change our minds, is part of being human.

Even my feed has narrowed alot since I got on substack, I dont see alot of the people I originally subscribed to. Very disappointing, going the way of FB who wont let me sign into my account on my tablet (phone is still ok) until I send them a selfie. They will be waiting for my selfie for the rest of time. I wish people would take the example of Budweiser boycott seriously & start applying it to things like TSA who will now charge $45 for not having a real ID. No authority to do it but everyone will fork it over-watch-just so they dont have to be inconvenienced. Something has definitely gone wrong with Substack. A few months ago, I posted a comment to an article, and received one of those profanity laden reply comments in an email. The technique is to post the comment long enough for it to hit your email but then delete it from the comments to the article so that others don't see it. I believe someone with Substack did that one to me because several comments to that article won't show for me, and the comment count is different for me than for other Substack users. Who but an insider could rig things like that?
Are you aware that you can export your posts and subscriber email lists from Substack to a file which you can download to your own computer/device?
Go almost to the bottom of the Settings list to locate the option.
I have done this annually, around New Year since I joined Substack.
I noticed exactly the same kind of shenanigans with my Substack subscriber sign ups as well. Normally, I'll average 2-10 new subs per post. For the past five posts the reads are about average (~1-2k per post) but ZERO subs. A friend told me he tried signing up to get the email notifications of new stories and it took him FOUR times before it worked. Apparently, the same band of Gypsies is busy trying to suppress Substack, now that they had their way with YouTube, X and TikTok. Mention anything about Israel and you will be over the target.
My posts, with a mailing/alert list of around 270 has been consistently showing around 3-5 views, and I became uncertain if the alert function within Substack was somehow failing to send my Stacks out. I composed a post and emailed (Gmail) my entire list with a specific inquiry letter, asking them if they are getting my posts. The very next post went up to 118 views!? WTF? It seems like AI Algos are scrubbing and doing the shadowbanning work, and my 'inquiry' triggered it to stop messing around, but only for 1 post. The next one went back down to 3. I think this mental prison camp is being managed by web-crawling AIs that include backdoors into email and perhaps other systems.
