Agent...you are missing a huge piece of the puzzle regarding vitamins, "enriched" flour and grains, cow, horse feeds...

Sigh.

I was raised amid these farmers in oklahoma in the 1960s and 70s, THE time of great change, govt and CORPORATE control of the FDA and more...

Grain producers were REQUiRED to add vits supplied by cirporate interests, as glysophate replaced the harvesting with combines, saving fuel costs, maintenance, man hours, insurance, weather...laid wilted in the field for days after chemical defoliation, mildewed/molded by temps and sun. Fda could not allow moldy grain fed to even animals and said no.chlorine bleach was the industry answerathen that leaked and massive protests by hippies so FDA allowed 2 compromises: hexane another terrible solvent to allow a choice of "unbleached flour", and to enrich with synthetic vitamins the thick gooey paste of wheat seed heads starch soaked in glysophate, mold, mildew and now hexane or chlorine bleach.

Anything grain from America are subjected to these, plus pesticides, spectracides and herbicides. Its a poisonous, deathly horrible cocktail ADDED TO ALREADY GENETICALLY MODIFIED PRODUCTS that has fomented all the worst cancers and terrible autoimmune diseases since the 1970s.

Oh, no, you are just gluten intolerant.
