I have quit taking most supplements including vitamin D which is really a hormone. I do not believe for an instant that any vit-D pill is close to getting vit-D in nature or from the sun. I hate that most of this stuff is made in China. Apart from food and feed lots, I think drugs and vaccines are causing immense damage to humanity.

No matter what you hear, see or read about food, drugs, the environment and the like, the bottom line is the murder and death of all humanity. There is simply no agency or organization on our side except for the few independent people trying to hold the line against the tyrants of death.
