Sadly, you are quite correct. The corporatization of what had become the organic "industry" was almost totally complete by the time I left, a couple of decades ago. What had been a "movement" became a profit-oriented adjunct of mega-corporations following consumer trends - with the accompanying lowering of quality standards baked in. But that's a story for another time...

what's pertinent to this post is this - https://ggenereux.blog/2024/05/13/niacin-is-it-another-bogus-vitamin/ wherein the author discloses that the western countries which most of ye's live in have all made adulteration of 'organic' flours mandatory - such that "vitamins" & other 'fortifiers' MUST be added to 'organic' commodities. He details the 'effects' of such add ons, from a very 'experiential' angle!

Even when they think they've escaped the frog pot, the benighted denizens of the wester world find themselves herded back at every turn. At this point, if you didn't personally grow/forage it - you prolly don't want to know what's in it. Yes/it's that bad.

Well we have here at least local foods even in the supermarket, eg eggs+milk are not form far away, apples also from eg the rheinland. Also have 2-3 farmers nearby- But I am not eating only healthy anyways. I love some cake, coffee... :P But i avoid most overly packaged stuff (Fertiggerichte). And eg the "organic" milk (called bio here) is reall ybetter then the cheaper one, it is 30-40cent more expensive but this is really is worth it. And avoid "pasteurized" milk products(!), this is a fraud just like the man was and his false germ theory. But i am sure there are still some smaller honest "organic" producers.- Still the best ofc go to the next farmer (or farm market...we have one next week I read in the paper). In general I also avoid deos, toothpaste, flourid in salt etc, shampoo, bathing solution (most have chemicals). I use mostly the simplest soap i can find :) Maybe do not smell as nice then without parfume/deo (has ofc chemicals)

false. look for the logo, USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC, i'm not just talking about the term, loosely. i'm talking your food, everything you put in or on your body, you want that little white and green circular logo. take it very seriously. it's not perfect as i'm sure the organic food/items are now being more compromised than ever before but it's waaaaaaaaaaaay better/safer than the alternative. and since quitting all supplements (i was desperately trying to heal my fertility, desperately, and supplementing LIKE A MAD WOMAN 🤪💔) i have quit everything unless its in raw herbal form like powder or an organic tincture, weight has FALLEN off of me. i now believe the supplements HARMED my fertility and my body's ability to detox/regulate efficiently, i feel better now without them than i have in years...

If you'd been around when "organic" was a movement - of people with a passion for 'clean living' you'd have grounds for a qualified opinion as to what be "false" or true... because you would have been able to watch as the standards COLLAPSED thru each decade.

And while I sure wish you the best in your quest for better health, it's acutely ironic for veterans of what would become the "organic industry" to see the generations that followed giving naive nod to a logo that - in the latter part of the 25 year journey - became a joke to those in the know.

USDA ORGANIC had already - more than two decades ago - become as hollow a logo as "all natural ingredients" on a box. Old timers who remember the real players - like OCIA - knew how tough it was to get a real certification. Those days are gone, no matter how some may resent being told the truth.

i am sure you are right however when i was a child i was not in charge of how i ate and what i put into/on my body and it took some time for my awakening (when i was old enough/independant) which when it happened, this was what was available for me….however, i know it’s not perfect but it’s the best i can do for the times we are living in and i know based on experiences/observations of people around me, it is the better choice/option ☺️

I fully support your quest to find alternatives to what are now totally poison-based dietary "choices" which the vast majority are subject to. That said, it's better, imo, that people be aware that they are being lied to at every turn, by those who view you as nothing more than 'profit-centers' and/or victims of their 'human-modification' projects.

Too many of those who have turned to 'organic' foods have done so without being aware of how tricky the landscape has become - the link I provided above to genereaux's site was so as to give a particulary poignant example of how even with the best of intent, and superior research skills, a person can be still trapped by MONSTERCORP'S relentless intent to close all doors to healthy food consumption.

Does "organic" also contain "fortified"? Oops, it often does... Also, hydroponic is also allowed to be labeled "organic," while its nutritional value is close to zero...

Still, better than consuming the cheap stuff...

And some ingredients are allowed in "organic" as long as they don't exceed certain levels...

We came up against this with allopathic medical advice. We were told by the docs NOT to buy the organic stuff EG milk because my son needs the added calcium (etc) that he wasn't able to get it from elsewhere, even though he was eating green veg but not leafy like spinach.

Does anyone have any advice on avoiding supplementation for those with allergies? Eg milk soya egg wheat allergies.

His allergies came from Mercury leaking from my crown through being breastfed. So I can see that it has come from toxicity. It seems like all solutions lead to Rome.

Also these people who run these organisations are mostly reptilian or servants of them being pushed around by them. I can hear satanic laughter that parents are buying their children finisher feed right before they take and eat them. It is horrific what is being done under our very noses simply and mainly because people struggle to believe anything in real life could be that sick and twisted.
