We go out in nature and forage them ourselves; from horsetail, mugwort, red clover, raspberry leaves to birch polypore and chaga (mushrooms) and many more. Foraging is highly satisfying (to women?), also the research that goes into it and the feeling once you find it. I think it may have to do with the fact that throughout the centuries women have gathered/collected. It's in our genes.
