I drink a lot of herbal teas and so do my children. We go out in nature and forage them ourselves; from horsetail, mugwort, red clover, raspberry leaves to birch polypore and chaga (mushrooms) and many more. Foraging is highly satisfying (to women?), also the research that goes into it and the feeling once you find it. I think it may have to do with the fact that throughout the centuries women have gathered/collected. It's in our genes.

I was reading an article on Substack and in the comments someone mentioned Hawthorne Tea. I haven't researched it yet. I disagree with the lowering cholesterol stuff mentioned in some articles. I found out we were lied to about that.

Here is one article on it.

Germany uses hawthorn in the treatment of heart disease. I have been making berry tincture for years now and given it to friends with heart issues. It works exceedingly well.

Stay clear of the teas and spices (for health reasons). They are a scam too. If you are having them for taste or to get a buzz that's fine. Just realise they are not healthy.
