Chemtrails Chapter 4: Who is Spraying US? Off-Radar Planes Emitting Massive "Lingering Contrails"
Piecing the puzzle together using Process of Elimination. The answer is surprisingly simple...

In my first post I told you Why Chemtrails are being sprayed. In my second post I showed you over 60 YEARS of known government ran (or sponsored) diabolical experiments ran on its own citizens. In my third post I showed you the current "wildfires" that have all the tell-tale signs of being created using (government) Direct Energy Weapons, Frequencies and Chemtrails. Today I am going to answer the second most popular question people ask, "Who is spraying the Chemtrails?".
The answer is so simple, when you use "process of elimination" thinking. So let's look at it like this,
1. Who is able to fly illegal flight patterns, illegally close? Who is able to perform U-turns, loops, vertical flying patterns, crisscross over another plane? A normal pilot would lose their license if they pulled these stunts.
2. Who is able to fly off-radar while their planes are emitting massive plumes? Even other pilots are not able to see these planes on radar. There are several videos showing terrifyingly close encounters with these off-radar planes

3. Who is able to emit massive plumes, of a variety of different colors, while off-radar, flying illegally close and illegal flight patterns?
Answer: There is only 1 entity who can do this: Military, or those associated-with, or sponsored-by military. If you or I tried to do any of this, we would be shot down like a "Chinese Spy Balloon".
Additionally, “disinformation campaigns” claim that crazy conspiracy theorists invented the word “Chemtrails”; this is yet another outright lie that is easy to debunk. Here’s the 1990s US Air Force Academy Booklet Called “Chemtrails”. You can access it for free on Internet Archive:
The above USAFA publication was released less than 7 years prior to the first reported Chemtrail sightings.
Additionally, Military operations are allowed to remain classified for a minimum of 30+ YEARS. In many instances, it has taken 40-60+ YEARS for the diabolical operations to come to light. The first reported chemtrail sightings occurred in the late 1990s. 30 years is 2028, if a declass is not slow-walked. Most likely, it will not come to light until 2040 or later. In 2040, many of us activists will be in our 60s. See how they are able to keep knowledge hidden? The people who speak out are called crazy. By the time the operations are admitted to, the whistleblowers are old or dead.
Another reason we know it is military is because it is 100% legal for the military to provide a cover story for operations. Additionally, it is legal for the media to lie and propagandize.
With that being said, this information applies to the United States. From what I have heard, Excalibur sprays the UK and NATO sprays Dutch skies.
We do have evidence showing that some actual airlines were / are involved in GeoEngineering (2010). Based on documents, we know that Alaskan Airlines, CargoLux, Southwest Airlines, Mesa Air and Jet Blue were spending 9-to-12 figures a YEAR to disperse chemicals into the sky by the tonne. We will be discussing these documents in detail in the near future. In the meantime, PLEASE LOOK UP!
This is my main subject of research too, been doing it since first noticing the chemtrails over Portland ~1998, and have reason to believe it began here. Evergreen Aviation ("evergreen" - get it?) was based in McMinnville, next to Portland, and it used to be called "Air America" (I know you get THAT).
The "secret" USAF airbase just south of Estacada, about 30 miles south/southeast of Portland, is the where they began spraying us from. After living here for 7 years and not seeing any trails in the sky looking south out the window behind my computer screen, suddenly I began seen "contrails" appearing from the ground there, and thought they must have built a new airport. I investigated it, learning that is in the middle of a "wilderness area", so it had to be a secret airbase.
Getting back to the reason for my interest in this subject, my father was CEO of a company in the early-1990s when the "Welsbach" patent was made at Hughes Aircraft Company. When I questioned him about it he didn't know anything about the patent, and he didn't believe in chemtrials either (he was brilliant, but VERY naive, ignorant, indoctrinated, brainwashed - all of the above?). The "Welsbach patent" describes dispersing metallic nano-particles for solar radiation management etc. In other words - total insanity! The two scientists who made the patent had previously worked with Edward Teller (Father of the non-existent "H-bomb") at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories. I believe they moved the two scientists to this "respectable" company so the patent would seem "respectable", and then used Edward Teller - who had scientific "respect", to sell the idea to scientists, pilots, technicians, and others involved in getting the worldwide chemtrail program going.
I could probably write a book about it at this point, but it wouldn't do any good - they know we can't stop them at this point. I've actually never posted the above information anywhere else, this is the first. "Ray Horvath" turned me on to this substack, for awhile I even thought he might be the same person as you, since your writing styles are similar, but you likely read each other, sort of like how musicians who listen to each other begin sounding similar? I don't agree with Ray or you about everything, but as he said: two thinking adults will never agree about everything, no reason to stop learning from each other.
I'm a newbie here this year, but will be reading more of your work in the future. One last thought: when you ask for contributions, you should ask in a humble and polite way, not pretend like it's for alcohol or confetti. I'm a recovering alcoholic addict myself, so it doesn't motivate me to contribute more when I see that. I do appreciate "gallows humor", which you and Ray are so good at, but draw the line at making alcohol look like a good thing. When you consider all the ruined lives it causes, and that the evil entity destroying God's miraculous creation obviously wants us to drink to excess (and other drugs), it doesn't seem like such a harmless fun substance. Your investigative journalism alone is worth contributing to.
Hi. I worked in aircraft simulation for over 40 yrs and retired in 2018. I believe that the fires we see are linked to chemical trailing "Chemtrail" + smart meters + street light red led wi/fi software activation. Where these light systems are installed can be manually activated by soft ware being activated by whom ever is given the task of the attack. Sensors ... including the newly installed third water line put in along side of the main line water pipes and the back up water line. The sensors activate the release of poisons from this new third line into the city main water supply by soft ware. Just saying. We are all set up for failure by these cretins.
