It is impossible to grasp the modern legal system without understanding that lawyers and bankers formed a single class of administrators who oversaw the transition from the old world of landholding kings to the new world of corporate states. The professions differ in costume, vocabulary, and social presentation, but their power springs from the same source: control over paper.
And debt, after all, is the most powerful form of paper humanity has ever known.

Here's another left field reason behind a tax on labor and the conflict of wheather it's a legal right of the government to do so and to examine if this issue was actually ratified by the states in 1913. There's too much controversy about wheather or not it was a legitimate vote. It's wrapped in smoke and mirrors.
That issue sounds purposely done to hide truth by making the issue complex by running narratives that twist and turn.
I see this as evidence of a potential fraud because that characteristic of complexity over an issue that should be clear and without doubt, is shrouded by different narratives making it unclear and ambiguous.
What I'm going to say is this. It was set up this way for the soul purpose of extracting taxes on labor alone. We use their legal arguments against them with regard to taxation on income that is by definition not a gain. Labor is an equal exchange of labor for pay...there is no gain, it's equal.
So, basically. It was set up purposely to avoid the idea of tariffs like before that funded the government. They knew extracting money from labor would generate far more money. They illegally fooled the population at gun point to agree with this under duress and threat of retaliation.
Millions who were stolen from are either dead or still being stolen from. The dead will never be made whole from this crime against humanity.
If this issue is not addressed from A to Z with regard to blatant crimes against humanity, people better DEMAND JUSTICE or lose your life and freedom. Absolute accountability in every corner of the world must be held accountable and PAY-PAY-PAY back what was stolen, including the money from the dead or this shit will continue.

Being a formal journalist it’s hard not to read the haps on a daily basis but even the “alternative” sources seem to be stuck on covering the “talkie drama” instead of doing deep dives like this author on Substack. Over the past few years it feels like we collectively just talk about the problems without covering solutions- inherently giving our power to the covert criminal system, the useful idiots who live to support it, and the many chefs who created it. That being said, if a building is on fire, and in the middle of collapse, it is a fools errand to run inside and try to save it. There is a claim among legal researchers of our type that members of the judiciary, whether state or federal, are foreign to us, and we are foreign to them. And the real estate (land) that belongs to the judiciary (their property) is foreign land to us.
I never expected to see real world evidence supporting this claim. Then I had the displeasure of being required to appear in Fairfax County Court in Fairfax, Virginia. Upon arriving to the judicial complex by POV, I follow the signs to the designated public parking garage. At the entrance to the parking garage, boldy printed on a large metal sign it stated that to park a vehicle we are required to pay a TARIFF. Not a fee or a rate. A TARIFF. I looked up the legal definition of “tariff”. To my surprise, or lack thereof, I’m not sure, I found several definitions, and they all pertained to a tax or fee etc. being applied to something FOREIGN. I did have the presance of mind to snap a couple pictures. Pretty weird.
I decided a long time ago I wasn’t gonna pay income tax. There’s ways around it. But it just comes down to saying no. I never understood it as a kid because everybody seem confused by it and nobody could explain where the money goes. And as an adult, a young adult working and get my paycheck and so much was taken out and then they would give it back to you after after April 15 of the next year… That didn’t make any sense. The Fuckery is intense. Would be happy to interview with you. I remember the last two years during Biden‘s administration. There were threats that the IRS was getting ready to hire something like 70,000 more agents and they were going to give them firearms training? Talk about fear and intimidation. There are ways to "make things go away". I have read that every time we pay a fine or obey a rule such as paying for registration, etc, the agency or department gets a big sum from your straw man trust account. So every time we obey, it actually gives the thieves the score (in the game)

Voting for people becomes superseded by voting for proposals.
The people vote on proposals that determine the percentage that must vote in a proposal, in other words, a quorum.
A high percentage of the quorum must vote approval for the proposal to go into implementation.

Because we live n this world in the way only man designed, the very idea of voting for a person is all we can see. And of course this doesn't work. A document of pledge, or allegiance such as a constitution needs to be dynamic not static as constitutions have so far only ever been. It's easy to have a dynamic constitution simply by people voting on proposals and not people or so-called "representatives". What could be better? That means you get to make any proposals you like and I do, so long as it meets the criteria of numbers, meaning receives a vast majority of approvals. What is the definition of 'wages'? Section 3401 defines 'wages' as including gain (benefits). Section 3401 also defines 'employees' as being federal public servants. Who is an 'employer'? The federal government itself.

In 2005 I was charged with driving without insurance in Canada. I argued that the government does not have the right to threaten me with harm if I refuse to buy an insurance policy. I compared it to the mafia extortion money from people selling fire insurance to bars and restaurants. I said the government is not above the law any more than the mafia is. Nobody can demand you pay for insurance. Because I challenged the validity of the law, the judge had to give the prosecutor one last chance to respond. The prosecutor said I was being disrespectful of the law and the the court. he was angling for a contempt of court charge. He never even tried to counter the extortion allegation I made. I won.
Of course the judge had to find me guilty anyway. She said. 2 hours it took her to come up with the ruling in a simple traffic case. She said that if the law had read, you will be punished by up to a year in jail and $10,000 fine, that would be extortion. Since it said I... may... be punished with a year in jail or $10,000, that's not extortion. It was legally ridiculous. Anybody in the mafia is safe as long as they say they... might... burn down your restaurant if you don't pay, according to this judge. I could have appealed it, and I should have. I never paid the fine and to this day, they've never come after me for the money. I think case got locked in a strong box and thrown down the deepest abandoned mineshaft in this country. I was arrested again in 2022. It wasn't even found in my records. I'm sure you could make the same case with taxes, extortion, and it's illegal. But you have to actually make the case in court. It helps nobody if it's not argued in court as a defense.
The property tax is not a tax. It is charging someone for the right to own property ( a Home!). Such schemes of extortion are not permitted in a Republic. You cannot tax the same object over and over and over unless there is a contract or property report filed with the state/political subdivision showing profits are being generated by use of the land. The Law that Never Was is a controversial book by Bill Benson and M.J. "Red" Beckman that claims the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which established the federal income tax, was never properly ratified!
If people stopped complying, they would be finished. The levers would be shut down and their system would crash... people must be willing to suffer in order to stop this madness.
Informing people about jury nullification would be a huge step toward this, as well. In the case cited in the article, all it took was one jury to vote "not guilty". That is the power of the jury to decide if our "laws" are what we want as a people. And it is the one, true, only defense of the system that minorities can wield.
I truly believe the strongest strategy is to start at home base - the community. States vs Federal has been at the core of individual freedoms. I have read that the American Civil War was more about succession than slavery. And the recent “Real Id” fiasco illustrates it perfectly. The states have been pushing back on its implementation for 20 yrs now, they were the last barrier of protection for citizens avoiding being spied on. That’s just an example. But for every great disaster (especially the latest natural disasters- FEMA failed) it was the individuals, and local municipalities that worked together to make sure people were fed and sheltered. Which just shows the reality of the human situation - we need to keep our money and work together. One last example of this 😅 our (former) village board tried pulling a fast one and quietly pushed through a public vote on replacing our municipal police with the county sheriff. Turns out there were a few municipalities in our county (Red, top 20 wealthiest cty in US) that were going through the same situation. A former board member sat through the vote, then stuffed 1500 mailboxes (total town headcount) with the news coverage and the boards minutes. The board was forced to schedule a revote, 150 people crammed into our little village hall and for 2 hours the board was lambasted, forced to rescind the vote, and then all but 1 recalled. It was one of the most amazing situations to experience and I think we all knew it was just the beginning to the end of usurped power.

There is a claim among legal researchers of our type that members of the judiciary, whether state or federal, are foreign to us, and we are foreign to them. And the real estate (land) that belongs to the judiciary (their property) is foreign land to us.
I never expected to see real world evidence supporting this claim. Then I had the displeasure of being required to appear in Fairfax County Court in Fairfax, Virginia. Upon arriving to the judicial complex by POV, I follow the signs to the designated public parking garage. At the entrance to the parking garage, boldy printed on a large metal sign it stated that to park a vehicle we are required to pay a TARIFF. Not a fee or a rate. A TARIFF. I looked up the legal definition of “tariff”. To my surprise, or lack thereof, I’m not sure, I found several definitions, and they all pertained to a tax or fee etc. being applied to something FOREIGN. I did have the presance of mind to snap a couple pictures. Pretty weird.
I decided a long time ago I wasn’t gonna pay income tax. There’s ways around it. But it just comes down to saying no. I never understood it as a kid because everybody seem confused by it and nobody could explain where the money goes. And as an adult, a young adult working and get my paycheck and so much was taken out and then they would give it back to you after after April 15 of the next year… That didn’t make any sense. There were threats that the IRS was getting ready to hire something like 70,000 more agents and they were going to give them firearms training? Talk about fear and intimidation. There are ways to "make things go away". I have read that every time we pay a fine or obey a rule such as paying for registration, etc, the agency or department gets a big sum from your straw man trust account. So every time we obey, it actually gives the thieves the score (in the game)

Because we live n this world in the way only man designed, the very idea of voting for a person is all we can see. And of course this doesn't work. A document of pledge, or allegiance such as a constitution needs to be dynamic not static as constitutions have so far only ever been. It's easy to have a dynamic constitution simply by people voting on proposals and not people or so-called "representatives". What could be better? That means you get to make any proposals you like and I do, so long as it meets the criteria of numbers, meaning receives a vast majority of approvals. All this need to have a properly-constructed infrastructure that could be arranged within a couple of weeks. It's easy now with technology - we don't need to do things the old, slow and stupid way.

That was a but roughly worded. What I mean to say is we are multi dimensional. Laws are 2-dimentional. So why would multi-dimensional beings shrink themselves to a 2-dimensional adherence? The US federal government can tax income (defined as being limited to profit, gain) coming from a federal source (being subject to federal law) within the confines of federal territories, such as Washington, DC. Title 26 defines "United States" as being strictly (limited to, including, confined within, meaning) federal properties only.
A "taxpayer" is not defined as being anyone paying tax. Under code section 7701 a 'taxpayer' is someone who is subject to the tax. Who is subject to the tax? Answer: federal public servants. What is subject to the tax? Answer: gains, profits from federal benefits that they do not actually work for. Is their labor taxed? Answer: Absolutely not.
What is the definition of 'wages'? Section 3401 defines 'wages' as including gain (benefits). Section 3401 also defines 'employees' as being federal public servants. Who is an 'employer'? The federal government itself.
Includes means confined within, limited to, enclosed within. We use the word 'means' to define. They use the word 'includes'. The word 'also' means in addition to. Most people think there is some large federal coffer where their income taxes go in, and then they are used like a fed household spending budget. You are 100% correct and I have their own words to prove it.
In 2005 I was charged with driving without insurance in Canada. I argued that the government does not have the right to threaten me with harm if I refuse to buy an insurance policy. I compared it to the mafia extortion money from people selling fire insurance to bars and restaurants. I said the government is not above the law any more than the mafia is. Nobody can demand you pay for insurance. Because I challenged the validity of the law, the judge had to give the prosecutor one last chance to respond. The prosecutor said I was being disrespectful of the law and the the court. he was angling for a contempt of court charge. He never even tried to counter the extortion allegation I made. I won.
Of course the judge had to find me guilty anyway. She said. 2 hours it took her to come up with the ruling in a simple traffic case. She said that if the law had read, you will be punished by up to a year in jail and $10,000 fine, that would be extortion. Since it said I... may... be punished with a year in jail or $10,000, that's not extortion. It was legally ridiculous. Anybody in the mafia is safe as long as they say they... might... burn down your restaurant if you don't pay, according to this judge. I could have appealed it, and I should have. I never paid the fine and to this day, they've never come after me for the money. I think case got locked in a strong box and thrown down the deepest abandoned mineshaft in this country. I was arrested again in 2022. It wasn't even found in my records. I'm sure you could make the same case with taxes, extortion, and it's illegal. But you have to actually make the case in court. It helps nobody if it's not argued in court as a defense.

The Law that Never Was is a controversial book by Bill Benson and M.J. "Red" Beckman that claims the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which established the federal income tax, was never properly ratified!
So how do we start something going?
If people stopped complying, they would be finished. The levers would be shut down and their system would crash... people must be willing to suffer in order to stop this madness.
Informing people about jury nullification would be a huge step toward this, as well. In the case cited in the article, all it took was one jury to vote "not guilty". That is the power of the jury to decide if our "laws" are what we want as a people. And it is the one, true, only defense of the system that minorities can wield.
I truly believe the strongest strategy is to start at home base - the community. States vs Federal has been at the core of individual freedoms. I have read that the American Civil War was more about succession than slavery. And the recent “Real Id” fiasco illustrates it perfectly. The states have been pushing back on its implementation for 20 yrs now, they were the last barrier of protection for citizens avoiding being spied on. That’s just an example. But for every great disaster (especially the latest natural disasters- FEMA failed) it was the individuals, and local municipalities that worked together to make sure people were fed and sheltered. Which just shows the reality of the human situation - we need to keep our money and work together. One last example of this 😅 our (former) village board tried pulling a fast one and quietly pushed through a public vote on replacing our municipal police with the county sheriff. Turns out there were a few municipalities in our county (Red, top 20 wealthiest cty in US) that were going through the same situation. A former board member sat through the vote, then stuffed 1500 mailboxes (total town headcount) with the news coverage and the boards minutes. The board was forced to schedule a revote, 150 people crammed into our little village hall and for 2 hours the board was lambasted, forced to rescind the vote, and then all but 1 recalled. It was one of the most amazing situations to experience and I think we all knew it was just the beginning to the end of usurped power.
